Bad item!! Bad seller!!
Item seems to be broken, after hours of installation a black screen comes up! Attempted to contact the seller a couple of times, and never got a response. Bad item, bad seller!!!

This is a game changer for my 2013 x5
Full disclosure: I bought this same product, but directly from unichip. There have been a couple necessary FW updates I had to load through USB, but as of now Id say this is a 5 star product. Its a fraction of the cost of upgrading the actual system & it works perfectly. Now that the bugs are all worked out I highly recommend this hardware & seller. You can easily contact them through their email tech support or chat & I get answers the next day. They seem to legitimately care & are trying to build loyalty & trust.
