These bars are really yummy, I’ve bought them quite a few times now. Yes they are small, but plenty big enough for a snack as they are filling due to the high fat content. They don’t knock me out of ketosis. My only minor complaint is that they are a bit pricey for what they are, but they are a good quality product and I can’t be bothered to make my own so I keep buying them despite the price and just try to limit myself to one every other day.

These bars are pleasant and keto friendly. What the deal breakers are is the texture which is a mixture between gelatine and syrup loaded with fibre & the fact that these bars on the expensive side.

I found these for my husband who needs to follow a diabetes type diet for insulin resistance. These are such a great find and I now buy them regularly. They do work out pricey, but obviously when it's needed for health that has to come first . And considering some apparently healthy low carb snacks aren't that at all when you check the ingredients and nutrition profile, yet pay extortionate prices for them, then it's easier to accept the cost. He eats 2 a day in order for them to be a useful snack , so I now get him the 15 bundle variety box to keep things novel. He doesn't normally like low carb foods on the market, so I'm relieved we now have a go to trustworthy brand/company, who ensure taste and quality Winner!!

Absolutely delicious

I’m diabetic and although expensive I thought this low carb, low sugar snack bar would be a nice little treat between meals. Unfortunately it failed to please on all levels and was an expensive disappointment! Firstly it tasted vile and didn’t taste of salted caramel. The texture was also sticky and ‘jelly’ like and each bar a tiny size. If it had tasted nice then two bites and it would’ve been gone! Lastly I paid £9.99 for 5 bars making each approximately £2, in my opinion grossly overpriced for the size but that said I won’t be buying any more anyway!

Great find. They are full of flavour and fill you up nicely. I do keto so they are good for that. My only issue is they are small and expensive so its a once a month treat as much as would love to be able to afford to buy more.

The bar is tiny and quite chewy and very expensive for what you get. Having said that, it does taste really good. The taste is much nicer than bars with sweeteners in. Despite the size, a bar does actually fill you up and keeps you going for longer than you might think.
