If you need an affordable and durable controller for your PC or Xbox the 8Bitdo Ultimate Mini's an excellent option! I pretty much fell in love with this controller immediately. The only downside I could see is that it's wireless however as someone that likes to keep stuff around long term, I don't mind not having a degrading battery in my controller.

I ordered this controller for my young son, who had just turned 4 and was having a difficult time with holding a full-sized Xbox controller. The controller worked great on my Xbox Series One X! The color and brightness level of the controller's lights was easily adjusted by holding a button on the front of the controller and pressing the D-Pad arrows.The controller also worked flawlessly when plugged into the docking station for my Steam Deck (JSAUX brand), without having any input lag. There were no settings that I needed to adjust within my Steam Deck's settings to get the controller to function, simply plug and play. My (Microsoft brand) Xbox One controller on the other hand had terrible input lag, both via Bluetooth and wired via USB, when plugged into the docking station.This was my first 8Bitdo purchase, and it certainly won't be my last.

My son loves this controller! I didn’t realize it was mini until we got it but it ended up working out. Fits his little hands perfectly. We haven’t had any issues with it. Would definitely purchase again!

It works well. I haven't had any stick drift issues. It has a fast response time. I use it to game with friends and play shooters on my pc.

The controller is so cute! It lights up depending on the button you press. Perfect cord length in my opinion. Cute colors

Maybe my eyes are sensitive, but the flashing lights are simply too bright, distracting, and painful to have in my peripherals while gaming.I'd recommend it if there was a way to decrease the brightness rather than get rid of it entirely, but as it is, I don't recommend it.

I receive this one month ago and one of the buttons on the controller is already sticking/jamming, which prevents me from playing properly. I use it regularly but not every day and not for more than 2-3 hours each time at most.I was really happy when I received it but, obviously, whether or not is works properly is the most important factor when it comes to buying a new controller. So the fact that I only got a month of moderate use out of it is extremely disappointing.

My twins are loving this controller! I got a pair of them after realizing they're unable to comfortably hold a standard sized Xbox controller. The 8bitdos are just slightly more compact, but even that slight size reduction is making playing Squirreled Away so much more enjoyable for my little gamer girls.The lights do get very bright, so I'm glad there's a way to reduce their brightness and even turn them off. The included cable is very long, which is great, but I would've liked for it to also have been braided with a protective layer as well since these could easily be a tripping hazard. That, and the white insulation looks like it could very quickly get dirtied or stained. I feel like a braided cable would not be as susceptible to discoloration.Steam recognized the controller as a typical Xbox controller, and it was fully compatible with all the same games I play with my normal Xbox controller as well. Hoping it lasts a long time!
