Use this heater whote winter and sping, this is really good quality heater.3 side glass window show you very beautiful flame.They should sell cover together, I spent very long time to find the cover, but still not get the good fit one.Anyway, I would recommand to buy this for your next winter.

Used 4-6 times and most of the paint has pealed off and now rusting. Poor heat output, adding insult to injury. Too late to return. Will likely go to the dump, what a shame.Update:Company sent me a message offering a full refund and I thought wow that is the right thing to do. Then said it was an auto automated response and have to renege! But will “try” to get us a partial refund. Nothing happened. Stay clear from this product and company.Update: The company partial refund NEVER happened. They reneged TWICE! Lousy product and unethical company! Amazon should remove them as a seller….

This is really heavy duty heater, I thought we can use many years/Easy to setup and easy to use.Good heater.

Not good control and not a quality unit.

Very surprise when we received this heater, it’s a so big box, and not any damaged on the box. This company spent lots of money to protect this item. I spend about 45 minutes to assemble the heater, very simple, and do surprise about this quality, very nice. My wife like the glass window, three side, big view window.We love this! We try this in Christmas Eve with my small family, everybody is happy for this heater. I will keep post our comments, and see how the performance

Assembly was easy puts out great heat with very little smoke and no sparks great addition to any outdoor area

This heater is of excellent quality. My husband loves using his pellet grill to cook, and we have a variety of wood pellets on hand—Traeger, Pit Boss, Weber, and different flavors. The best part is that this heater can use the same type of wood pellets, which helps us save on gas costs. I absolutely love that!It took my two boys about an hour to set it up, and once it was ready, we put in half a bag of pellets. The heater ran for a full three hours—such a great money-saver!The heat it generates is perfect for our patio. Our whole family (four people and two dogs) can comfortably sit outside and enjoy the evening. Everyone feels cozy and warm.Overall, I’m really happy with this heater. It’s fantastic!
