Awesome
I absolutely love this chair, it literally has been a life saver. I love how it folds down, very quiet. It has made it easier for us to travel.

Meh for the $$
No power even on slight incline. Not recommended for heavier users. Below 250lbs. Way below lol Everything else is fine. Good customer support. Also my frame seemed bent. Double check...Folds easy. Spare batteries easy to come by. However, batteries don't last that long. Buy extra!!! For the $$ not too shabby.

So easy to unpack and minimal assembly!
Easy to unpack- I'm 120 lbs and I unpacked it and assembled it myself. It looks exactly the way we expected, given the pictures, video and description. It looks great, I'm charging it now, I can't wait until my husband can use it. I'll leave another review after he uses it!

Shaky when turning
I used for the first time today and it is shaky as it turns. I’m not sure what is wrong.

Easy travel
I recently visited my relatives' home, where there are many steps. At first, I thought the wheelchair might not be able to handle them. However, I tried the ramp function of the wheelchair and it handled it easily. I was very surprised that it could smoothly overcome uneven terrain, including steps, ramps, and slightly bumpy streets. The control lever is very sensitive, and it can intelligently identify where to climb and provide additional power support. More importantly, the wheelchair's brake system is very stable, ensuring that I can remain stable when going downhill without any feeling of insecurity. It can be said that this wheelchair performs very well on a variety of complex terrains, so I no longer need to worry about the inconvenience of traveling.

Wish it would have come with more paperwork (not much direction on use, maintenance, warranty, website for customer service or questions about replacement parts) should have had more information
