I got this for our service dog puppy in training to grow into. When it is time to begin public access training, and begin wearing a vest, we wanted a vest that could also double to carry the pups needed supplies like treats, poop bags, and any credentials/paperwork we choose to keep with the dog (we know, not required).While it is not lettered or labeled, it will be easy enough to embroider or sew on patches that display the dogs working status. Rather than buy a cheap service dog harness and sacrifice quality and function, we went this route and do not regret it. It is a very very well made backpack harness with little to no flaws that I can spot. It has a reasonably small amount of coverage (on a long coated black dog, thats kindof important in the heat) and is lightweight as all heck. The zippers and clasps are top notch in quality, and the stitching is flawless.Cant recommend this pack enough.

Wanted to love this... Been trying to figure out how to make it work, cut and re-sew straps maybe ... Because the chest area is huge even on the tightest settings. Really disappointed. Even full grown my dog won't fit into this. This is for a large or extra large dog. Will have to return.

It's about time for my dog to carry his own weight when it comes to water and snacks, since he drinks about a gallon of water on a typical hike lol. It fits my 60 pound Vizsla perfectly, only needing minor adjustments to the straps. It seems very comfortable on him, based on the fact that he didn't try to scrape it off immediately by rubbing it along the corners of walls.The pocketing is great. Not too much, not too little. I have tucked an Airtag in one of them, and the other side will have his snacks, and some doggie first aid for JIC.I love the orange color, too. My dog is close enough to being deer-colored for me to worry about him during hunting season, so this handy pack is an added layer of visibility for him.Overall, it's a great dog backpack. If he ends up trashing it, I will definitely buy another one.
