Looks nice, smooth wheels, survived first long trip with no damage
Jammed/broken zippers or tears in the material connecting the zipper to the case can be a long-term problem, especially if you frequently pack so much that you have to close the lid under pressure, so I wanted a zipperless suitcase; it also makes the case much more water-resistant (waterproof?). Although this model is not 100% polycarbonate and the side flexes a little (I suppose that makes it more dent-resistant), it survived its first extended multi-country trip (4 long international flights, 3 domestic, taxi, bus, and train travel, wheeling through train stations and short distances outside) with a few scuff marks but no scratches, dents, or other damage. I chose the white model because it was a little cheaper, but the black one probably wouldn’t even show the scuff marks. The spinner wheels were smooth and operated as well as could be expected on bumpy surfaces. As others have noted, it comes with a spare wheel in case one is damaged by baggage handlers or automated equipment, but fortunately I did not need it. The side and top handles are all metal, securely attached to the metal part of the frame, and spring-loaded to lie flat; the telescopic handle locks at 3 different heights, which makes it easier to push heavy loads on 4 wheels on level surfaces (short/medium height), or pull behind you on 2 wheels on slopes or over small obstacles (medium/long height). If you repeatedly have to lift over curbs or other obstacles, I suggest holding/pushing by the top metal handle. The top lid of the case (when lying on its side with the combination locks upright) has a plastic divider that can be zipped closed, with 2 plastic zipper “pouches”; the bottom half has diagonal straps that somewhat tie down whatever you pack there. I find it useful to keep dirty laundry in the top partition, even if it’s in a plastic bag. So overall, I’m very happy with the case so far. I never had a suitcase with these combination locks/buckles before, so my only concern is how well they’ll hold up long term, or if an impatient inspector breaks them open if the TSA key doesn’t work immediately. But no problem so far.

Super nice
This suitcase is very durable and secure. Perfect for traveling with the it is worth the price. It holds just enough for me and the wheels make it very easy to bring around when on vacation or trips. Not to mention, it looks so sleek and cool. The lock is secure and reliable I don’t have to worry about people stealing things because there is no zippers they can get into.

Great Carry-On for Frequent Travelers!
The media could not be loaded. I travel a lot, and this suitcase has been a great find. It’s lightweight but feels really durable, and the built-in lock gives me peace of mind. The wheels roll smoothly, making it easy to get around in busy airports. The 20-inch size is perfect for a carry-on, and it looks sharp without being too flashy. For the price, it’s a great deal. I’ve paid more for bags that aren’t nearly as good. The 4.7-star rating speaks for itself—this bag is definitely worth it. If you travel often, I’d highly recommend it. I’m really happy with it!

Lightweight, sturdy, smooth 4 wheel carry on luggage
The media could not be loaded. Very sturdy but lightweight carry-on. Particularly the wheels are super smooth. There's also replacement wheel included. Love the roomy space inside. Perfect for short trips. Great value for the price

So Far, so good
Color is lighter than expected, which we actually liked. Bought this due to the locking mechanism instead of zippers, as the zippers are always one of the first things to break on luggage ... and the wheels, and this one even came w/ an extra wheel which was unexpected. Weight is good, quality good, and roomy inside.

Looks great, durability let’s see.
Hmm I just got this today. I’m a little disappointed because it doesn’t feel that durable or strong. I compared it to my Amazon basic case. The basics case i sometimes have to check in since there is no room on board overhead. That Amazon case has survived with no issues it has thick plastic walls and the same capacity. I feel like I could toss my Amazon basics case 15 feet and it would be fine just scratched. This new case I feel like if I tossed it 15 feet it would straight up shatter to pieces especially loaded. I imagine the plastic locks that close it would break first. The Amazon basics case is also a lot cheaper in price. I fly about 100 times a year so I finally wanted to get a carry on bag with nice looks. Time will tell how this holds up. I am very questionable about it. The thickness of the suitcase feels very noticeably thinner than my Amazon basic case. This is my biggest concern.

Great for weekend trip
I bought this luggage looking for something roomy with a lock. It has great pockets and zippers but it’s smaller than it looks. I couldn’t fit 5 days' worth of clothing, even using compression packing cubes. I also wanted something that wouldn’t easily get damaged by the baggage claim associates at the airport. The first trip it got dented up. It also has a hard time closing even with me laying all my clothing flat. I didn't have time to pre-pack and return as it arrived the night before I was to be at the airport at 3:00am. I dont like to return things but I can’t keep something that doesn’t suit my needs. I’m a frequent traveler and I need something bigger and more durable.
