I really like this product. The packaging and product inside the bottle looks like quality. The instructions are very easy to follow.I like that a little will go a long way too. I don't need it for my whole face. I have what look to be some type of sun spots on my cheeks so the toner will go further just by using it on my cheeks.There has been no irritation or burning. I expected maybe some skin peeling, but it's not something that you are supposed to use on a daily basis so I think that may be why.There is no scent or fragrance, it's just slightly viscous, but not like a serum. The lid comes off and it's pointed. It will come out quickly of you aren't careful, but it only takes one time to realize how thin it is.No issues with that just a quick adjustment.After prepping the skin according to the instructions, just put on the areas that you want treated. For a little while, eh...maybe about 20 minutes it leaves my skin a little tacky, but no big deal because it is recommended to put lotion on after a little time anyway. After moisturizing, It doesn't feel like I've put anything on before applying my lotion.Stuff like this is not a quick turnaround. I hope to see some results even if a little by the end of the bottle. It's cheaper than going to a salon for a peel leaving me to look like I have skin issues for a couple weeks.

I saw this and wondered, is this a generic version of the "ordinary" bottle on my shelf? Sure enough, I think it works and feels the same. Much better value overall--these last me a few months of 2-3x per week application. I try not to use before sunny activities and I only apply at night...always use a sunscreen, especially when using an acid product.My skin didn't burn or itch after applying. It was as comfortable to use as my other one.I am totally satisfied with this and I don't think I will need the old brand anymore.

I was a little worried to try this because I didn't know what to expect, if it was going to burn or tingle, but it didn't bother me in the least. I have fair, freckled skin, but am not typically overly sensitive to products. It just felt clean and refreshing! I used it after cleansing but before my moisturizing products. It absorbed well and quickly. I'm following the directions of only using a few times a week just so I don't become sensitive to it, but I imagine I'll be able to increase my usage after that. Great product and size - it will definitely last awhile, so it's a great value. Very glad I gave it a try!

This toner has a nice texture. It's not too runny, there is a viscosity to it which I like a lot. I'm able to pat it onto my face and it stays in place. There's not any burning or tingling for me which is a plus and my skin doesn't feel overly dry after it soaks it. I didn't seem to react to any of my other facial products. I'll continue using it to see if there is much improvement in my the texture and size of my pores.

This glycolic acid toner is very effective for exfoliation and cleansing and yet also gentle formula. It has virtually no odor and comes in a nice bottle that has an easy applicator tip. The applicator tip doesn't let too much product come out so it allows you to conserve and get just the right amount of product, which saves money. Great product.

Like other reviewers, I was a bit hesitant to try this product at first because I feared that, being an "acid," it might be a little tingly on my face. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that the product actually feels very light and refreshing!It has an exfoliating effect which definitely leaves my skin looking brighter and smoother. I don't know about the collagen producing effect yet, but I expect that, with continued use, I will see how this makes my skin firmer.

I love glycolic acid. It exfoliates by dissolving oils and dead skin cells. This leaves my skin looking fresher and brighter. It also promotes collagen so my skin feels firmer and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles .I use this generously sized bottle as a toner at night. I wash and dry my face. Then I use the same towel I used to dry my face to apply the toner, eliminating the need to stock cotton balls. I pour the toner on a small area of the towel and apply it all over my face. Any extra product in that section of the towel I use on my decolletage above the cleavage.

I use this product to get rid of skin discoloration all over my body and this works as well as the brand "the ordinary." it smells weird and works when you are consistent with it.
