love that it's high contrast, easy to install
Let's address the elephant in the room: this is not a very nursery-friendly color palette. But, I realized as I set it up, that's if I'm choosing nursery colors for my enjoyment, not for the needs and preferences of my infant. The high contrast, bright colors are exactly what infants need, and this mobile commands way more curiosity and attention than more palatable pastel ones have. I like that the shapes point down, so baby is actually looking at interesting things instead of like, the bottoms of animals. Attaching it to the crib was easy to do and the instructions for assembly refreshingly straightforward. I like that this company is thinking baby-centric in it's design choices.

Cute. Bright colors with the black and white.
This review is for a fun baby mobile from Peanutshell. Mobile comes nicely compact, easy to assemble. Has a scrunchy plush sleeve that covers the plastic mobile frame, easily slips on. Little different way to latch to the crib. Fabric animals and objects dangle from the four arms and center of the mobile. All in believed to be brain stimulating shark black and white patterns with accent colors. Very cutely arranged. I did not have batteries to try the music box it can hang from, allowing it to rotate. Cute overall. Easily packs back up.

Made for an actual crib
I wanted to set this up on my baby's pack n play, but it was really heavy and unable to attach without being wobbly. I see that it's supposed to be assembled on a sturdy crib. We were able to redneck it and set it up on the pack n play, so I'm still really happy with it. I love the toy for my baby and she loves just staring at them and cooing. It's perfect for what I need other than having to find out a way to get it to stay.

The Peanutshell Baby Crib Mobile for Boys & Girls, Musical, Montessori Nursery Mobiles
What a cute little simple mobile. I love the black and white, with a splash of red, theme. It's very easy to assemble, but does require 2 AA batteries (not included). It also plays music and the control buttons for both the music and the rotating option are simple to operate and easy to operate. I love it!

Captivating!
This is my favorite mobile! In the past, I purchased other mobiles to match our nursery decor, but I ordered this mobile specifically for the contrasting black and white colors. My son loves it! He enjoys lying down and watching the objects move by. He’ll kick his legs, move his arms, and coo, so I know he’s excited! One thing worth noting is that it can only be attached to standard cribs. Since my son loves it so much, I tried to move it into our living room and attach it to the side of a pack-n-play, but the weight of the mobile is too heavy. It needs to be further down, and in between the crib rails, to have enough support to hold it up.

Beautiful baby crib mobile with stimulating features
This is the perfect first baby mobile for newborns up to 5 or 6 months. The black, white, and red colors and the simple design is exactly what babies of this age range can focus on and see best. The rotating digital music box feature is great; no more stopping to wind up the music whenever it stops. I love that there are volume adjust controls and a timer that can be set, as well. Very nice quality, attractive baby mobile.

Ok Mobile
This mobiles plushie toys are soft and well-made. I like the mix of colorful balls as well as black and white plushies. It plays quick snippets of tunes such as It's a Small World, Twinkle Twinkle, Old McDonald (12 tunes as advertised). However, the lowest volume setting remains too loud for their target demographic as stated on the box (0-5 months). I can hear the tunes 25 ft away in another room. There needs to be a lower volume option for when lulling baby to sleep. The biggest problem with this mobile and the main reason I would not recommend it is due to the gigantic twist cap that tightens the mobile to the rail. It's the size of 3/4 of a baseball. The twist cap needs to be smaller.

Great High Contrast Mobile - Works Well
Overall, I really like this baby crib mobile from Peanutshell. The included clamp helped it easily attach to my child's crib and she seems to gravitate towards the color against the high-contrast background of other colors. There are some plastic components - but it still feels well-built enough for its intended purpose. Very happy with it.
