This is a review for the Pawliss 2pcs white resin Christmas reindeer statues (ASIN: B0D9VVRR73). The price was $16.99 when I ordered it. I love the elegant look of these deer figurines and expected to love this product. Unfortunately, there are some issues that make them look and feel cheaper than the listing suggests. For example, the antlers are bendable rubber NOT RESIN as advertised. The listing says “crafted from high-quality resin” and the product information section identifies the “material type” as only resin. But the antlers are white bendable rubber. And they aren’t high quality rubber that maintains the “intricate sculptural design” of the resin body of the deer. Some of the edges have an extra bit of rubber along the edge like you sometimes see with cheap rubber objects where the die or mold didn’t make a clean cut along the edge. The seller really needs to disclose that these deer are not fully made of resin as a single figurine but are 2 pieces put together, one resin and one rubber. There are also some other blemishes. For instance, there was a small paint bubble right in the center of the larger deer’s forehead. When I gently pressed on it with my fingernail it popped off, leaving an exposed unpainted circle on the deer’s forehead. There are a few other paint bubbles or small divots in the deer bodies. Also, the rubber antlers don’t fit quite flush on the head of the deer, especially the smaller one. You can see under the antlers where they connect to the head.

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited to receive these reindeer but only to be disappointed upon opening. The body may be made of resin the the antlers are bendable rubber. Very odd when advertised as resin. If you look at my video you can see they aren’t even attached very well. Gap between the head and antler so you can tell they are glued in and like an add on piece, not flush as it should be. Looks cheap. They seem to be sturdy. They are a nice size but not what I expected.
