Very disappointed with the quality of these. One of them didn’t work at all out of the box because the internal battery connector was left unplugged during assembly. The other cart had torn wires to the front LED light so that was non functional. 2 out of 2 carts were broken out of the box. Now one of the chargers has failed. For the price, these are very poorly made.

Kids have literally used it daily for over a month. So so so much fun!

The mop part falls off so easy, and the cart just stopped working. It was awsome for the 3 months we had it. But for it to stop working, and for the price not worth it in my opinion.

Scooter literally quit working 2 days after the last return date! Worked for 1 month! Very expensive Christmas present for the grandbaby to only work a month and not be able to return!

1. After purchasing, you have to charge it for 12 hours before you can use it -- try explaining that to a 3 year old on christmas they have to wait 12 hours to use their product2. Charging for 12+ hours will damage the battery, and the product is unable to regulate itself from overcharging3. Ater a 12 hour charge, you can only use the product for 1 - 2 hours before it needs to be charged again4. The product came with a screw that was supposed to be threaded through a tube into a steering wheel, only the screw was not long enough to reach into the steering wheel -- this was the last straw.This product ruined Christmas for my kids. Thanks a lot!
