The media could not be loaded. Very easy to set up, that is about the only positive thing I can state about this track. The track is very small. The issue with the track is that you cannot make one lap without the cars flying off. I tried moving the Guide rails to keep the cars on the track with no success.. Save your money.

This was a pretty good quality product! It was very default for even my husband to learn how much to pull the trigger. At first the car went off the track every single pull of the trigger. After a bit, he and my four-year-old were able to get the hang of it for the most part. It is very touchy and the car has to be placed perfectly in the track.

The product was smaller then I thought, I thought it would be bigger!

It's a gift, so I'm not sure yet.

The cars and track work pretty well for the cost. I would consider it a decent value and good size to start on. As is typical with small slot tracks there is a learning curve when it comes to the speed to keep it on the track, but my 4 and 6 year old figured it out quickly. Once they figured it out it worked great and they had lots of fun and many giggles.That being said, we received it with the box looking fine so wrapped for Christmas. Once open, we found the control panel bottom corner was all smashed in and broken. The plug is barely hanging on so have a hard time plugging in. No broken pieces in the box so they packed an obviously broken part and shipped it off. Incredibly poor quality control and a big disappointment that I can't let my kids self discover on this since I need to constantly monitor the plug while they are using it.I would have reviewed this at possibly a 5 star but the fact that it was packed broken and shipped that way is completely unacceptable to me. Especially for a crucial piece like the control panel.

I ordered this for my grandson Christmas gift. It arrived with damaged aluminum/metal pieces that almost injured a finger. I called Amazon and they sent a replacement. After enduring the same thing they were disposed of, wasted money on a non functional toy. I am being told that no refund options are available.
