This ebike has changed my life. With my busy work, I rarely have time to exercise, I've gained a lot of weight. But I don't want to spend too much time on exercise.I made a lot of searches and discovered that replacing my transportation way from a car to a bicycle was my perfect way of exercising.I’ve been riding for almost three months, covering about 1,700 miles, and I ride at least 30 miles every day to commute. I usually go at a speed of 20-25 mph, mostly using the pedal-assist mode.I don’t like charging my bike every day, which is why I chose the Stepwagon, it has dual batteries! With a 30Ah battery, I can charge my bike every week or 10 days.The 750W motor is fantastic, in PAS 5 mode, I was even reaching 30mph. easily adjust speed as needed, and I’ve never been late since I started riding.The suspension and brakes are excellent. Sometimes I explore routes that aren’t on my plan, and the ebike always protects me well. step thru frame is friendly for first-time e-bike users. The 20x3 fat tires provide excellent pulling power.One of the main reasons I buy stepwagon is extra-long rear rack. Most ebikes have racks that are half the size or shorter. The extended rack meets my shopping needs, so I never worry about fitting everything. My colleagues say the rear rack feels spacious and not cramped at all. I saw in their promotional images that it can fit two kids, and I bet it can easily carry two adults too.Assembly was very simple,I put it together in just 40 minutes.The only con is that I would like to have a larger seat option.IÍ love this electric bike and recommend it!

I'm not sure this bike is really ment to be peddeled.I got the bike on a prime day special. I wanted the bike because it had the upper chain guide/roller. Being a longer chain run I wanted the roller to help prevent to much chain bounce when riding.But, duh. Having the roller on the top of the chain like that is going to be under a ton of stress when pedaling. Also you can have that top roller aligned for either the top gear or the bottom gear or the middle of the range. But not all at the same time (edit: I've been riding a long time now, even without the top roller the chain doesn't impact the frame)Also the riding position has you leaning over pretty far. So if you are looking for an upright ride, this isn't the bike. (Edit: i turned the bike neck around to bring the handlebars closer to me and it helped alot)Trying to ride without hands? Really bad idea. Death shake quickly ensues.Also the seat and seat post ships separately from the bike. If you want to go ahead and order a suspension seatpost it's a 30.4mmI kept the bike, the range is huge. The cruise control is nice. I'm doing things to make the bike suitable for my situation.Using it as my daily driver for work.Edit:I added a solar panel to the bike and it's working great. Charges enough for about 20 miles per day. That batteries have enough charge for about 60 miles as long as you don't go to fast.I've got over two thousand miles on it so far. Used it as a daily commuter all the way through the winter. Rode it through a hurricane. The tires are holding up fine and are very quiet.

I was looking for a e-bike could fit my budget, This cargo eBike that’s fully within my budget. Dual batteries, a 750-watt motor, and an extended rear rack. This will be the coolest bike I’ve ever ridden. It’s powerful, has great range, is versatile, easy to handle, and easy to ride. The Stepwagon eBike is an amazing bike!!! I love it!!It is perfect for families and friends, I don’t have to worry about running out of space . The back seat can fit two persons which I like that!It would be even better if they sold matching accessories.Two months updateI had own this bike two months now, I’ve been riding about 200 miles.I always riding this e-bike hanging out with friends and family. The rear shelf can fit my camping stuff and food lot of stuff, never have to worry about it.Also the battery is amazing. It doesn’t need to be charge often, and feels like never runs out of it!I can also charge my phone through the meter, which is a neat feature.The 750 watt motor can reach 28 mph, and I can reach 30 mph sometimes.The brakes and suspension are perfect, I once rode down a big slope and the bike stopped very quickly. It is very smooth to ride on the bumpy roads.Their customer service is also great, I lost the key the day after receiving it, contacted mukkpet and they responded quickly, and sent me a new key in less than a week.Overall I really enjoyed it and recommend it!

Great customer service--very conscientious. Love the bike! Practical(lots of extras and accessories). A workhorse that can carry lots of weight yet fun to ride, very stable and comfortable. Several excellent You Tube stories to watch.

We noticed one of the pedals are bent (either through the packaging/shipping, installation, or light weight use) and took it to a bike shop to fix it. They said they wont touch this because there are toque sensors in there and they do not recommend fixing it and we should consider buying a new bike

This bike is great and very beautiful. speed and range is as described. Step thru fram is easy to use and ry comfortable to ride.They have great service, this is my first cargo electric bike. I have so many questions and they always respond to me very quick. I had some problems installing the rear basket and the phone customer service was very patient in helping me (the rear basket is realy huge)I LOVE THIS BIKE!!!
