Been searching for an outdoor shower water heater. This tankless water heater would be perfect! cant wait to install it! On-demand hot water, making it energy-efficient and perfect for an outdoor pool shower.

I usually don't write reviews but I feel this one is absolutely necessary, I purchased a water heater only after searching almost a year for one that had only good reviews I thought that it would be an easy task hoping I'd find the perfect one little did I know how time consuming it would be, so anyways I finally found one that had everything i d hoped for and to my surprise not one negative review I added it quickly to my cart and after careful thought once again finally decided to make my purchase. The day after I ordered it I was so excited and clicked on my order to show a family member which one I finally decided to purchase but to my disappointment I noticed right away that right under the picture and price of the item I purchased said " Frequently returned item" I immediately scrolled to the bottom where the reviews are and started reading bad reviews I was shocked and angry left feeling like I had been robbed in away because I knew thus was not the one I had ordered, it took me months to search and find the perfect one and this one didn't even have a plug to plug it in, I would've never looked twice at this after alone just seeing it was returned often. So I contacted amazon and started the return process. Same day I became very sick and wasn't able to drop this off to do the return but I at least had a month to do so, I then after a couple weeks decided why not just give it a try I already have it and was so excited to make this purchase so I then found a professional to install it, he is a family member so I had to wait another couple weeks for his visit. Last week he finally installed it upon opening the box I was actually impressed and had hope, to me it looked nice which it is identical to the original one with perfect reviews. It was installed but he was having slot of issues getting it to heat up so he decided he would have to come back the next day to further try and understand why it was only getting slightly warm for only a few seconds and then back to ice cold, so we left it hooked up and on but did not use it. While asleep that night I woke up to the smell of something burning along with a scary amount of smoke this water heater was about to start a fire and I'm so thankful I didn't sleep through it, we immediately unplugged and disconnected it. It was a very scary experience one no-one should have to experience when purchasing any item from anywhere, its not safe at all and after informing Amazon I really hope it is taken off the market so no-one will have to experience the fear I did. Amazon was not going to refund me which it had been over a month from my purchase so I didn't expect anything from them but to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. To my surprise though the next day I received a text stating that They were going to refund my account which they did thankfully because technically they didn't have to and I was even told they couldn't so I do appreciate that someone took into consideration the events that took place and put the customer first, Thank you Amazon for your kindness and help I appreciate it.

We are staying in our RV for winter, we tried using this and it's working great so far, you can adjust the heat temperature of the water. This is very useful for RV's instead of using propane

The unit will heat the water as expected, however the old 2.5 gal unit that I removed only required a 20amp breaker, this one requires a 60amp... no space in breaker box - plus single pole 60amp breakers aren't typical at your local hardware store. So be aware. Not in the online description.

Loved the size, but won’t work for me

I’ve had several of these water heaters and this 1 is the 1’st of its brand and definitely the last … I finally got it hooked up today and it stays on Celsius it will not go to Fahrenheit like it says it will I had to go buy a $80 pressure regulator figurine the water pressure might be too high for it to work properly and now the water barely comes out of the faucet I’ve got it turned down so low to get the water to heat up just very unsatisfied with it. Have never had this problem with any of the other ones before I would definitely not recommend in this to anyone.
