I love when I receive the package and it says “Fragile” “This side up” Fresh Plant “Please handle with care”. When I opened my package, it was wrapped with extreme care and the plant was unharmed. This company takes the time to package all plants with great care in order for the buyer to receive a beautiful plant as mine. The plant was exactly as described and even looks better in person. I would recommend this company and have purchased several plants from them in the past and have not been disappointed yet. Also, there is not one blemish on the leaves and the soil was still moist and looked very healthy. Thank you

Tree was dry, dead, and most leaves were fallen off. Called company multiple times for a replacement and no response. Buyer beware.

I did repot the plant, feeling it needed more room. It is slowing adapting and will be blossoming soon.It is growing under plant lights that I attached to the fireplace that I cannot get rid of in my house.

Product arrived a bit damaged. It’s hard to see in the picture but this is basically a tree that’s topped up to look like a bonsai. It is not. You can’t just grow a small tree. Top it really low. Allow it to grow where you cut some 1-2 foot off and call it a bonsai tree. Oh well, I guess I will keep it. Not worth the hassle to return. Buyer beware
