Love this product a true life saver!
I have a severe drop foot on my right foot and have struggled for years trying to find a brace that is comfortable. I’ve tried a variety of AFO’s from expensive custom braces as well as a variety of different style over the counter braces all which I found to be very uncomfortable after a few hours of use. I’ve been desperate to find a comfortable solution since I’m working in a warehouse and walking an average of 10 miles per shift. This brace has been the best one I’ve tried yet! I’ve been wearing it for up to 10 hours on a shift and it’s holding up great and is very comfortable to wear. I did add a simple zip tie to my shoe so the brace isn’t pulling on the shoelace itself and it helped really keep everything secure. It works well with all my shoes from boots to tennis shoes. The price is extremely affordable and I couldn’t be happier with the product. I even ordered a backup just in case anything ever happens to it I can have an extra on hand. I was even surprised they offer a lifetime warranty on the product and will replace it free if it breaks or has any issues! I personally love the simplicity and comfort of the brace and would recommend anyone suffering with a foot drop to give it a try.

Excellent AFO Brace
This is an excellent AFO brace. Solidly built with a safe and effective attachment to the laces of my shoe. The other braces I tried had a Velcro attachment which over time would slip and become unattached. This brace has a solid hook which grips the lace and stays in place to make the AFO more effective. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an AFO to help with their gait and safety while walking.

Good Device - Yields Neutral Foot Position.
Works as it supposed to. Will stabilize your foot to a more neutral position to eliminate "foot drop", but not much more than a neutral position.A couple of comments:1) In order for the device to work it, your shoelaces need to be tight. The device works by pulling on your shoes laces (forefoot area) up towards your shin.2) It won't be as effective with shoes that have laces high up on the foot, like mens dress shoes.3) To reduce the stretch on the last lace loop, I thread the hooking device under the laces above the lowest loop, then hooked over the lowest loop and tightened. This reduced the stretch on the lowest loop and didn't require me to tighten the device as much.4) The ankle portion needs to be snug, but if you over tighten, it becomes uncomfortable. It should be snug enough to not easily move, but not so tight that you cause a skin imprint area after a few minutes.5) A found the most effective way was to put on the device, push on the ball of my foot toward my shin, then tighten the device to achieve the best "neutral" position.Overall a good, inexpensive device that will improve your faotdrop. Recommend.

Excellent solution.
I was offered a carbon fiber brace from Sweden - large, very expensive, and unpleasant to walk with. this item from Amazon was inexpensive, easy to use and easy to walk with.

These have been a godsend
I’ve been dealing with drop foot on both sides for the last three months. Walking feels like I’m in scuba flippers and I’ve tripped over my dragging toes more than once. It’s frustrating, to say the least. My wife found these after we tried a brace similar to one for an ankle sprain. That was uncomfortable and bulky, difficult to fit into my shoes. These, however, are a true blessing. The braces are sturdy and the design is brilliant, pulling the front of my shoes up so that my heels hit the floor first again. I can walk without the danger of falling over my feet, and they’re so comfortable I barely notice them. I’ve worn them for entire workdays without any irritation. If you are struggling with drop foot, this brace is highly recommended.

Terrible product
Two major issues are one that it does not tighten as far as you would think or want it leaves my foot so loose that it still was dropping. Second is the padded section that is on above your ankle constantly falls down to your heel since it does not tighten enough around the leg.

Awesome product
I have a foot drop after back surgery and this has helped me so much! Even my doctors were impressed. It helps support my foot and lifts it just enough so I don’t trip so much

How to release cord and tighten back up
This is a great and works well but unfortunately the directions are not very clear. It tells you to push up or down on the knob to release and tighten the cord. Fortunately there is somebody else that had the same issue and corrected it. You have to pull the knob out to release the cord and push the knob back in to tighten the cord. One other customer even said he used a zip tie at the bottom so it wasn’t pulling on the shoe string so if you follow this review it will work well and you’ll love the product.
