I'm wearing the Comfytemp Auto Air Compression Cold Therapy with Large Back Brace & Ice Bag as I write this. It was delivered today and this is the first time I've worn it, hoping it will alleviate lower back pain. So far, so good. It's comfortable, other than the ice-bag bulge that's between my back and chair.The compression wrap is FSA- and HSA-eligible, It's reusable and advised for regular lower-back pain relief, sciatica, injuries, and herniated discs.The wrap combines cold and compression to treat injuries and reduce inflammation. Its operation is simple, much like the arm-compression cuff of a blood pressure machine. The product includes a strong, thick vinyl-feeling bag that you fill with ice cubes. This is inserted into the waist belt which is specifically wrapped so that the ice pack will press against the area that you're hoping to positively affect.The belt's rechargeable control box (9-hour battery life ) has 3 mode selections. I chose the strongest right out of the gate. Just as a blood pressure cuff tightens around my arm, this wrap did this around my waist/hip area. It really pulled the cold pack right against my back, combining cold therapy with back support to provide dual benefits. By the way, even the strongest wasn't too tight.It's well-made with quality components and I plan to regularly use it.

Compare to the traditional back braces, this back brace use air pressure and cold therapy to support and relief your back pain. It comes with an ice bag that you can fill it with ice cubes and then place the ice bag onto this back brace mesh pockets. The back brace use air compression, kind of like the arm cuff of a blood pressure machine, to inflate and increase the air pressure around your back. The back brace is easy to put on, the control unit is simple to use and there are three level of air compression to choose from. I found the level one is too weak but level 2 & 3 does give you a good compression and support to your back. Overall, this back brace work great as it should be. The ice therapy does help to ease the back pain more than a traditional back brace.

I’ve been using this back support for about a week now, and it’s been a great help with my back pain. The adjustable compression is really easy to use, and the brace fits comfortably even if you have a larger waistline. The rechargeable battery is a standout feature, lasting a long time, which makes it convenient to use on the go. The ice wrap is effective for reducing inflammation, though it can get a bit messy with melting ice.The one downside is that it doesn’t come with a gel ice pack—you have to add your own ice, which was a bit of a letdown for me. At this price point, I expected it to include a more convenient cooling solution. Despite that, the overall support and relief this product provides are impressive, making it a solid choice for managing back pain.

Every once in a while I'll tweak my back and this should definitely help when that happens. It has a separate ice bag that you fill and fit into the belt with a wide opening so it's easy to fill. It has three setting for the amount of compression you want to use. It will also feel good after a hot day of lawn work, instantly cool you off.

The back brace with air compression is very well made and the electric air pump can fill the airbags in the brace very quickly. I like that there are 3 preset levels of compression for easy and fast adjustment. The brace is very big, so it can accommodate a large waistline. The rechargeable battery is the best feature because it can hold charge for a long time and I can use the brace away from the outlet. The ice wrap is a little messy with moisture & draining water from melted ice, but it works wonderfully for my back pain. Hope the air pump motor will last for a long time.

I really like the way this works as a combination of standard icepack and a compression belt. It's comfortable to wear, though sitting and standing are much easier than lying down, as it is a bit bulky for laying on top. I fill the vinyl ice bag with ice, place it in the mesh pocket on the belt, and then (after charging with the USB-C cord) turn on the pressure. The first level doesn't seem like enough compression to me, but levels two and three work well, both for keeping the ice bag in place and also providing some pressure.

This is a great ice pack in back support. I really like how the compression keeps my back in place and the ice helps tremendously. It’s easy to keep clean and it’s easy to pack for travel.
