First if all, I received it in about 2 weeks which was way faster than I expected for a custom item from China! And this thing looks perfect! It's exactly what I wanted and even bigger and far better quality than I ever imagined! Super thick and soft as anything could be. I would definitely use this company again!

Good product and embroidery. Message for a larger letter since I was only putting 1 letter P. They centered and did what I requested. Will buy more

The media could not be loaded.  This customized rug is soo cute I was so excited when I seen it I was not expecting the quality to be so good , it took a long time to be delivered but it’s customized so that’s understandable other then that 10/10 definitely recommend

The color of the rugs is perfect and the customization is EXACTLY what I wanted in every way. So why only 2 stars? Because the quality of the rugs is awful. I made photos of some spots where the color fibers were scraped off somehow…this before ever opening the cellophane package. After opening I barely ran a fingernail over the top and some fibers loosened. So, I’m a bit leery of what I will find in my washer after washing them for the first time. Now, these rugs were inexpensive so I will not try to return them. If the customization had been a mess, then I WOULD expect a refund. But, again, that was super. So, if you want to buy an inexpensive rug for a gag gift and maybe a short-term laugh catalyst, I encourage you to buy one or some. I may just do that myself. Perhaps “white” would be the best background color. If and when they begin to disintegrate, it may not be as obvious as color over white is.
