Wheelchair.
It’s a good looking chair and charged quickly. I went to the park with it with a friend of mine, and it was easy to operate and maneuver once I got used to it. Even comfortable, which was surprising considering my back issues.

Easy to use and comfortable
The chair was an excellent gift for my 88 year old dad. He is a very particular person and he ended up liking it a lot, he would not leave the chair not even to eat, it's very versatile and easy to assemble and use, the seat couch is super comfortable and the battery lasts long.

FANTASTIC CHAIR!
Bought this for my dad to get him from his apartment to my mom’s room at their senior living residence. It’s quite a long walk for him to visit his wife of 72 years and he does not want to use a walker/rollator much to my chagrin. They’re both 95+ years old and it’s tough living apart. But he can no longer care for my mom himself. This chair has been just the best thing ever! Now he can go over as many times a day as he pleases and feelsvery independent. My hubby did the minimalassembly when it arrived and we both tried it out. We were delighted at how easy it is to maneuver and learn to use. (It can be configured for either left or right hand control.) We then went to my dad’s place and had him go around in the parking lot for a first go at using it—-straight forward, reverse, turns, using different speeds and trying the horn. The smile on his face was precious. He drove it easily up the long sidewalk and maneuvered through the HC power assist doorway into his building. He has had it about a month now and has only had to charge it once. Charging is such an easy process! We were amazed at how lightweight the battery is. It needs to come off when putting the chair in the car for travel purposes, but that’s easily done. The entire chair is very lightweight and placed into the trunk with ease, even by me, a 70 year old slightly overweight woman with back issues. It collapses easily to do this and then sets up again for use just as easily. Daddy has had many other residents inquire about his new chair and he gives them the link to review it themselves. He seems to be using it more and more, the longer he has it. That tells me it’s easy to use and recharge. We had looked into his Medicare insurance providing something like this, but honestly, his co-pay would’ve been about the same, he’d have had at least one, maybe two doctor visits to get the required paperwork done, then another appointment at a DME provider to actually show him his options and order it. THEN WAIT 3-6 MONTHS for it to be delivered!!!! I highly suggest this chair to support someone who is still mobile but can no longer walk long distances. (It’s also a comfy seat to sit in for longer periods of time if needed.).

Cautiously Purchase
Update: the company is sending us a new one and was easy to connect to. I will change my review if the new one is sturdier and more safe.Out of the box, this chair seemed great because of its smaller size and ability to turn corners more tightly than my father's other chair. We followed the instructions for putting it together and ensured before purchasing that my father did not go over any sort of requirement/limit.In the house, the chair seemed to move just fine. Once my father took the chair outside, it no longer felt safe on any surface not completely flat. The front of the chair feels like it is going to buckle but then catches because it is locked down.We decided to keep it because he needed a new one and thought he'd just get used to how it feels.About 2 months later, it tipped while he was riding around his neighborhood and made a turn. Then, at 2 and a half months later, the back bar just snapped while he was using it inside. Thankfully he did not fall out and no one was injured, but now we have to get a new chair after paying for this one and we're just glad it happened while he was at home. And of course we are outside of any return window. Please do not buy this chair. Keep your people safe and keep them mobile.

Life changer 😀
This electric wheelchair is awesome! I'm recovering from ankle surgery (broke both ankles Jan 2024, and have had 4 surgeries). I have 3 kids in sports and this chair allows me to get to all of their games with ease and go shopping with my family. I've only charged it twice since purchasing and the battery is still full!

Amazing purchase
My sister and I bought this to take our mother on a trip that she simply could not have undertaken with only her cane/rollator. She’s never used any kind of motorized mobility device before, but she had no problem with this chair and felt confident doing so. It was easy to fold and store in the back of my SUV, and handled surprisingly well outside, even in winter weather.

Great chair so far
I have been looking for a chair that wasn't like buying a house. I found this one and took a chance. I had a stroke a few years back that affected my walking and my left side. I can't use my left arm. I can walk short distances, but attending a trade show, sporting event or going to the mall was a task that usually wiped me out. Since buying this I have been able to do all those with ease. It is not light, but I can manage to lift it with one hand. Since it is going in my SUV, the height is not bad in and out. My only issue is when I fold it and lift it, it likes to open up. I was able to solve that with a 3 foot bungee cord. Otherwise this has been a great chair and recommend it.Update 9-15-24: I used this on a trip to my university homecoming weekend. I loved it! Slopes can be an issue if they are not ADA compliant. If you let up on the accelerator stick, it does stop because of the motors. I'm not sure what the maximum slope this can handle. All the wheelchair ramps were fine. The battery lasted all day. we started with a breakfast in the morning, car to event was good and easily done. Toured some. At night, we had a few events, not close together. chair did fine, hills were a little tricky to navigate (not sure of slope). The battery indicator has 2 red and 3 green lights on the controller. I think in all the day of travel, I used maybe one green light. I can't wait to see how this handles the state fair in a few months. Up to this point, I love it and recommend it.
