I am in LOVE with this trike! I sold my motorcycle and decided to go with something safer on the roads and more stable. I assembled it myself and it took about 2 1/2 hours initially, with lots of small adjustments in the following days. This is the first time I've put any kind of bike together so I took the challenge. The manual and the videos were extremely helpful. I definitely had some mistakes like installing the rear basket and the front wheel backwards. As a tip, the rear basket has a sticker that is confusing--- just remember to face that sticker towards the seat. If it's reversed the fenders will not sit correctly. Hank from customer service was fantastic and we laughed at how silly my wheel mistake was. The other mistake was purchasing this on Amazon. I paid over $100 in taxes. If you order direct from Narrak, they pay the tax.This trike is built well, sturdy and a fantastic value for the money. I am 56 y/o and about 5'2". The lowest seat height works good for me but I have reached out to Narrak to see if it can go lower. The speed is perfect as I don't want to go any faster. It was shipped and wrapped very well, although it still came with a few dings and scratches in various areas. I am still learning how to manipulate all the settings on the display.Driving this around town gets a lot of attention and a lot of ooh's and ahhh's and questions on how to get one. We plan to buy a 2nd one for my husband - but this time we will be sure to order direct from Narrak and save the tax cost. Putting #2 together will be a breeze after the lessons learned on this one.Highly recommend for all ages.

I am absolutely in love with this e trike. I am 72 years old and I have COPD and emphysema. The pedal assist is perfect for me.I get a very smooth ride. I am able to run errands such as go to the grocery store or buy flowers for planting. The baskets give you plenty of room for items.I did a lot research before I purchased the e trike and the Narrak was by far the the best e trike in that price range.I would recommend this trike to anyone, young or old. It's a pleasure to ride!Note: I had a minor pricing issue and I contacted Narrak Customer Service and the problem was solved completely to my satisfaction! The agent was friendly, courteous and responsive. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in an e trike or bike.

Partially assembled trike was delivered in early July, 2024. Given the variety of other things I'm busy with, uncrating and assembly took me about six months. No assembly or operating instructions were provided. A QR code was provided and I was instructed to scan it for this information. Since, as far as I can tell, my devices do not have QR scanning capabilities, this was not helpful. I found an assembly manual on one of Narrak's web sites, but it was too general and vague to be useful. The company's technical staff would not help me by phone, text, or e-mail but only through "What's App", an application that I would have to download. After much struggle, I managed that, but it was not clear how to use the app. On the good side, the trike seemed to be well made, with a couple of exceptions: On level ground, the trike tilts slightly to the right. (a minor irritation more than a problem). More irritating, some rear wheel spokes scrape against the brake caliper housings causing a "scrape-scrape-scrape" noise while riding and possibly contributing to future spoke and/or brake failure. The trike's biggest shortcoming is that it seems to only operate in power assist mode (it decides when power drive is turned on). There appears to be no way to manually turn on power or throttle control. If there is, I'd appreciate somebody telling me how. In spite of these shortcomings, I think it will still be a viable ride, It's just going to take some riding time to become familiar with its eccentricities. Narrak could benefit by paying a little more attention to design detail and customer support.

I received the bike yesterday and it was well crated and no damage. The owners manual was the best I have seen in years. It covered everything and was very well written. Easy to understand. The assembly was easy. I will do another review as soon as I put the bike into use. I believe it will be a good one too. The bike is very well designed and well built.

I've waited a month to write this review because I wanted to know the product well first. Where do I begin? I got acquainted with customer service at the beginning because I needed some help putting the trike together. The man in customer service was so nice and helpful, went beyond any customer service person I've ever dealt with. I asked him if there was someone I could write to at his company to tell him how fortunate they were to have him, that he deserved a raise. He responded by asking that I simply review the product.Well, the product is great. It took me a while to get the hang of riding it, but the trike is perfect for me for getting to the places I want to go. I bought it out of necessity because of a medical condition that is keeping me from driving for the time being. Riding the trike is fun too. It's surprising to me how many E-bikes and scooters are out there, which I now notice. I would recommend this trike to anyone but recommend getting to know it well in order to feel confident and competent to ride it. I don't want to be in a lot of traffic but manage fine in my neighborhood and getting to the places I want. Thank you again Customer Service for your friendly and competent help and your patience.Advanced age need not be a negative to buying this trike. I am a 78-year-old widow who lives alone. We have the ability to do new things at any age. Maintaining freedom and independence are extremely important to me, even though family and friends have offered to drive me where I want to go. Being able to go where I want when I want are mentally and spiritually uplifting. This trike helps enable me to maintain the quality of life that I crave.
