The order was fulfilled quickly and the product packaging was superior. The assembly instructions were clear, easy to follow, and the vacuum went together easily. I was very impressed with the solid feel of the vacuum and its fittings. The vacuum body, shaft, and joints were all much tighter and secure than those on my Dyson, and they were made with much thicker material. Despite the robust construction of the vacuum it is amazingly light and nimble. I deliberately ran the vacuum for an extended time at the lowest setting, and I was impressed at the strength of the suction and the battery run time; I seldom used the top suction setting.The customer service for this product is exemplary. I've received several emails from the manufacturer checking on the status of my order and my satisfaction. Shortly after the vacuum was delivered, I received a letter from the manufacturer thanking me for my purchase, and offering a spare battery or extra HEPA filters as a "thank you" gift. I received the extra battery, and follow-up from a very conscientious customer service representative named Sabrina making sure that it was delivered.If you need a well engineered, high quality cordless vacuum, at a great price, with strong backing from the manufacturer, then this product will not disappoint.

The title literally says it all!This is definitely my favorite vacuum that I've ever owned! The craftsmanship and build quality of this vacuum is superb, it's lightweight but it has really good suction power for such a small vacuum. I love the fact that it's small so it can fit into a smaller closet so it's great for those who have smaller spaces like apartments or even dorm rooms. The extendable arm/handle is amazing and super easy to use with just a simple push of a button you can extend the height to match what you need it for. I think my favorite part about this whole vacuum is the varying levels of suction that you can adjust. If your house is anything like mine, you have different levels of carpet throughout. The carpet that is throughout our living room and bedrooms is thicker so it takes a lot more to be able to vacuum it so when it comes time to vacuum I use the max section but whenever I'm vacuuming say the mat in front of our front door in the living room I only use the minimum section for that since it's a thinner carpet. If you're anything like me, vacuum lines give you happiness.Another great thing about this vacuum is the two attachments that come with it, they are great for using the vacuum as a handheld. Now I don't have pets myself, but I could see where this vacuum would come in great for those who have pets and all of the pet hair that can get everywhere. I do use these to vacuum the upholstery on my living room furniture and it does an amazing job. I have four boys and we get dirt we get dander we get hair from myself honestly and this little vacuum can pick up all of it whether it's the handheld portion of it or the full vacuum itself. The dirt collection on it is great it has a handy little dirt cup that is super easy to empty and you don't have to fiddle with a bag which is nice.One thing that did surprise me to be honest was the battery life I thought something like this would take up a lot more battery than what it does and I also thought it would take a lot longer to fully charge than what it does. I can get a full charge in 4 hours which is amazing especially if you're a busy mom like me and use your vacuum all the time.Since I bought this vacuum, I find myself making excuses to vacuum LOL.Overall, an amazing product and I'm so glad that I got one. If you're on the fence about buying one of these types of vacuums just take the plunge I promise you won't regret it!

This vacuum is lightweight and easy to carry and use, the battery life is pretty good, and lasts longer on setting number 2 which is medium and 3 is for strongest suction, which impacts battery life. However it’s very quick to charge. I also appreciate that is really easy to clean and at the click of a button the dust compartment opens allowing for dust disposal. It works well and I’m glad I purchased it.

This vacuum has great suction, it's lightweight and very easy to maneuver. Goes under furniture easily and attachments make cleaning car and upholstered furniture easy! Three different power levels and the battery does not run down fast!

The media could not be loaded. I never write reviews but I had to as I was on the hunt for a new cordless vacuum and if this review can help anyone then I’m happy. The power of this cordless vacuum cleaner is powerful, works really well on my hardwood floors and carpet. The vacuum itself is sleek and so easy to use, the top button with the fingerprint (see picture) is how to control the power level (mid, mid, max) and you can see the power level on the LED display. I love that it stands on its own, many of the cordless vacuums I’ve seen need a holder or you need to lean it on something to leave it upright. It was really easy to put together and set up, the instructions are clear and also tells you how to clean and maintain the vacuum. I’m really excited that this has an anti-entanglement v-roller brush as my old cordless vacuum stopped working due to my hairs getting tangled in the brush. I’ll update my review after some uses, but so far I love it and really glad I got this vacuum!

We recently bought this vacuum and have not been disappointed at all. For being such a light weight and versatile machine it has great suction power. On top of that it is extremely quiet, I can actually have conversation while vacuuming. I would highly recommend this to anyone. The price point is great and customer service is quick to respond. I called not cause I had an issue but rather a question.

We bought this to deal with pet hair around the house mostly and it works well. Cat hair is not getting trapped on the rollers! Picks up kitty litter well and seems to have good suction...3 different settings are possible. It is light and easy to use.
