The product is quite large in size, and the fabric is very soft. The cable length is sufficient for comfortable use. The heating power is great. I used it on the highest setting, and it worked really well for my period cramps. My cat loved it too, by the way! :)

The pad itself is so so soft! I have only used it a few times but It heats evenly and seems to get the job done. I do wish the buttons were backlit as I often use this at night while I watch a show in the dark, but I imagine as I get more used to it, it will become like second nature.

I love how soft and long this pad is. Its not hard and uncomfortable like the one I've had since the mid-90s.The heat is perfect at the 3rd temp setting. Love it! Highly recommend.

I purchased this heating pad as a replacement since my old heating pad stopped working after a very long time. I was looking for something with a longer cord and something I can place on the bed and fall asleep with a timer option to shut off by itself. Love this heating pad as I have been using it for weeks now. Especially Love the timer option and the different heat settings. It also has a long rectangular pad for extensive body coverage. The only drawback is that the connection from the pad kinda slips out if placed at the edge of the bed (no big deal - all you need to do is put it back into the pad and reset the heat settings) just inconvenient at times. Overall a great purchase you don’t be disappointed.

Auto-Shutoff is the greatest feature someone ever invented and is great for piece of mind. I wish the pad itself was a little bigger but the size is true to the description so I can't complain too much and the whole pad has good heat spread/coverage. Has been doing well so far and seems like it is pretty durable - overall great price for the item!
