The frame is very durable. Zero issues there. However, I had some issues with the velcro being torn from the panels from the gusty wind the day I used it but customer service was excellent and quickly fixed my concerns with replacement panels.

This is a great product it is sturdy and it looks beautiful and clean once it’s all set up. I love the multiple window options. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because some of the pieces take a lot of strength to put together. It does take about 3 hours to set up. We have used it twice the second time it went faster. The material is thick and the size is large. Honestly just using it twice it already almost costed what we would have payed if we had rented it. Tip have 2-3 people help set up.

We had an issue that was caused by us and we contacted cs for replacement. They responded very quickly and within days the replacement arrived. Very pleased with the customer service

I was so scared to buy this tent but I’m so glad I did. Very nice looking and very good quality. The pipes are very sturdy and the covers are thick material. Very easy to install and take apart. You do need 2 people to install and a ladder to hang the top panel. This includes 2 bags for the metal pipes. I wish they included a bag for the covers too. We keep the covers in the cardboard box it was delivered in.
