I decided to make candles and bought this to melt the wax. It heats up quickly and is light and easy too hold when emptying the hot wax into the moulds. Good spatula and accessories. A good starter kit.

Great wax melter. Melts wax really quickly. It is easy to pour wax I to prepared containers from this pot. Great feature of keeping wax warm. However be mindful melter will not switch off automatically. Easy to clean. I however feel that there are very similar melters for lesser price.

Making your own candles is really simple with this electric melter. Note that although it comes with wicks, the kit does not come with any wax. So you will need wax. Soya is recommended as it burns clean compared to paraffin wax. You will also need some containers or moulds to pour the wax into, and you may also like to add a few drops of essential oil to create your favourite scent.This electric melter takes all the guesswork out of the process. It will maintain the optimal temperature, without boiling or burning the wax. Nice and simple, it’s a great activity to involve the kids. It’s a considered purchase, but cheaper than many of the larger alternatives, and much safer than working on a cooker. It's wonderful to have this innovative wax melting jug because candle making has been an enjoyable hobby of mine for many years. The short cable length is so unhelpful it led me to rate this product just three stars. At just 70 cm, it's practically unusable without an extension cord or being right next to an outlet, which is a major inconvenience. When melting wax, I need to be able to stir and check on it, but the short cable limits where I can place the machine.Additionally, the set arrived without any wax, which required me to make an extra purchase of £12 for 1 kg of wax, which increased the overall cost. It's important to compare the contents and price with other sets before making a decision.As a first-time wax melter for candles, I was eager to begin with this set, but the absence of even a small bag of wax left me disappointed.The melting device itself performs admirably, with settings for heat, higher heat, and keeping warm, effectively melting the wax and maintaining its temperature as needed. The pouring spout is well-sized, and I managed to pour without spilling any wax, although I had to unplug the device each time due to the short cable.Before purchasing this set, which comes without wax, I recommend comparing prices. The machine itself functions well, but the lack of wax and the short cable were disappointing for me as a beginner.

Works great, melts wax quickly, it's so easy to use, a nice size so doesn't take up loads of space in the cupboard, great value for money.

This is a great device for those new to candle making - it's very simple to use, melts wax quickly and efficiently, and thanks to the spout, is great for pouring wax directly into moulds or containers. Thanks to the safety features, using this made my first candle making experience so much easier and more fun.I love that the machine also comes with some candle making supplies too, including the wicks, glue dots and a spatula. I had a candle making kit to use alongside this but thanks to the supplies, if you've got some half used candles around the house, you can give it a go straight away!The only downside to the wax melter is a lack of temperature gauge - you'll need to supply your own thermometer to make sure the wax is at the right temperature for adding essential oils etc.The wax melter has a generous capacity, for bigger projects or bulk makes; and it's easy to clean too. Looking forward to making more candles soon!

hier je me suis servie du fondeur de cire à bougies, très satisfaite de cette petite machine, j'ai changé le câble électrique car celui qui est livré avec le fondeur est vraiment très, très court!, j'espère que ce petit fondeur à cire durera dans le temps

Solo le hubiese faltado un termómetro integrado, eso ya hubiese sido estupendo!. Con respecto al cable que comentan las personas si tenéis un monitor de ordenador, ese cable os sirve.
