Very peppy e-bike that exceeds the advertised speed and is very fast for it's size. All of the advantages outway the downsides for the e-bike. The bicycle gets around 25 miles on a full charge not the advertised 50, the mechanical breaks get a advantage break speed and distance, and the seat could be a little softer. That's the only downsides, and the advantages are vast. The throttle has a small delay I actually think is a safety feature to stop whiskey throttles, the tires even small are wide making them very stable, the bike has fantastic acceleration and speed, the bike is very stable, folds easily, nice small rear rack, easy battery removal, easy to move from pedal assist to off position pedaling like a standard bicycle and back to pedal assist with just the hit of a button. The size of this e-bike with all of the upsides makes this bicycle worth the price which is very economical. I could go on about everything I enjoy about the bike but I'll spear you all. The most disappointing downside of only 25 miles on a full charge is kind of negated by the easy removal and portability of the battery. You can always go somewhere and charge the battery for the trip home. It does take around 6 hours to fully charge the battery from zero, so take that into account.

One of the best deals in E-bikes. I got this thing to go about 24 mph. Very intuitive setup I didn’t even need to read instructions. It is quite heavy for its size but that adds to the build quality. I mainly use it to commute to work saves me 20 mins compared to my car. No need to find parking and bike rack is right in front gives me plenty of time.

Terrible rear tire axle issues if you ever need to replace a flat tire tube. Only 3 months old and lightly ridden and I cannot get the rear tire axle to slide out from the dropouts. I've done this many times with other models and never had this much trouble. So basically I'm stuck with a rear wheel that won't come off at all...and expensive mistake, learn from mine.

Customer service is good and they really take their responsibilities. At first the inner front tire I received is defective, or maybe my fault mis-operated the installment. Anyway it pops out from the outer tire and not able to hold air. I contacted them and they sent me a new inner tire right away. However, since I do not have tools to re-install tire, I had to contact them again and asked whether they can just send me a new whole set of front wheel, and they did! Now it is working well after some time waiting shipping parts. I appreciate how seller responds to my problem and request. Bike is sturdy and ride is smooth. It is time to enjoy this e-bike during upcoming summer season! ☀️

Purchased this Bike for christmas gift for our son the front brake cable defective. We purchased the warranty through Amazon thinking it would cover any parts or repairs and this had been worthless and contacting Windone was waste of our time. Numerous emails, phone calls, pictures and to date still unable to ride the bike. Poor service!
