I ordered the sennheiser headphone Hd 650 at a price of Rs 24,694. Is this the same as the costly one?

Yes. Thats s good price. Unless you can get the massdrop one

Can the lg v30's hifi quad dac power these headphones? Or do i need an external amp?

V30 easily drives 650 in high impedance mode particularly . Still a powerful amp will definitely help drive it better

I want to buy it! Is this really an original item with the original box and all markings? And also all the accompanying features of the original model

Yes it is, currently this item is on discounted price from Sennheiser India.
