My husband is taking this Seven Seas Joint Care Max Glucosamine since one month..can see the major differences in his energy levels. It has increased the muscle strength and sleeping time gradually. His muscle weakness has been reduced and he is actively working throughout the day. Size of the tablet is bit bigger yet easy to swallow. Tried another multivitamins as well but this one is so far so good quality. Worth the money. Will buy more. Thank you!

I found this product works and I notice that my joints feels a bit better than before. Ease to swallow, pain relief is good and the size and taste is fine.

I took these and maybe they did help, I certainly didn't feel any worse. Trouble is when you get sore joints there is no quick and easy fix
