I have been having terrible knee pain and it takes weeks to get into an orthopedic doctor. It has been so bad that I could hardly walk. Ice and heat have helped but I still dread just getting up at night to go to the bathroom. I bought two different knee sleeves and neither one was comfortable so I kept looking. I saw this one and thought I’d give it a try. I’m getting desperate at this point! This thing is awesome!! It gets plenty cold after an hour in the freezer and it’s easy to get on and off. Its super soft and like has alot of give to it it but molds to your body. You can walk around with it in and it stays put. The entire sleeve is cold and it seems to work better for me. Maybe because it is cooling all the way around my knee? I don’t know but I love it! I’m thinking about getting one for backup! If you have pain you need this!

i love how soft it is, its super icy cold when you first put it on, like almost want to scream cold lol, but it really does the trick, stays on so you can sit or walk around without straps or it falling off. it doesnt stay cold long enough but it is just enough, (you arent supposed to leave cold on too long anyway) the size is close to stated but if you are closer to the larger size get that, it is tight, i have one for elbow (S) and one for knee (M)..

This is working really well for me, using on my knee. Concentrates the cold all around the knee, it doesn’t slip so you can walk with it and it’s comfortable. The material over the gel needs to be thicker though. It is way too cold to wear on bare skin and even over a thin layer of clothing. I’ve had to add an ace bandage over some thinner workout pants in order to tolerate the cold. It would also benefit from a zipper or Velcro opening along the side as it’s a pain to slide on over pants that are not form fitting.

I love these ice packs because they fit perfectly on my knees when I walk around! I got acl/meniscus surgery almost 10 years ago, I workout 4-5 days a week and feel like these just enhance my recovery to perform better! I love the thick quality of the material - it leaves my knees cold for the recommended 15 minutes and then I stick it back in the freezer. This is actually the 3rd one I’ve purchased, because my husband noticed how good mine were and he wanted one for when his knee was acting up. But, I would say this could even work on arms! Overall, I think this was a great purchase and would highly recommend!

Professional dancer here... none of these ice sleeves stay super cold for more than 15 -20 minutes. I guess that's all you really need. So with that said, these are well worth the price. I I honestly wouldn't bother with the more expensive versions. I put these on after every workout. I love them so much, I bought an extra set to keep at the theater. I can't recommend them enough!

I love that it gets super cold. The fit I'd good around my knee. Please wear it over clothes. If not, the cold becomes unbearable.

Works great for my husbands knee injury but the large is quite large.. so it usually ends up sliding down. Wish we would have sized down but works great if sitting still.Would be wonderful if size was better, will likely reorder in smaller size as product works well.
