I was having a lot of lower back pain due to tightness in my lumbar area. I was able to use this device to stretch out the muscles in my lower back to help relieve that pain. The stretcher was very easy to use. The pressure pump seemed high quality and made the adjustments easy. It is extremely portable and has really worked to relieved my lower back pain. I recommend this to anyone that is looking for relief.

This contraption does a good job at stretching your lower back. For my family, it's one of those things that was neat when you first get it, but it has sat in the corner since, even though we all complain of back pain. It works exactly as described.

I wasn’t sure about this product at first glance but I was having lower back pains and decided to give something a try. When it arrived I pulled it out laid it in the floor and went to stretching my back. I read the easy directions provided and within 30 mins my back was feeling much better. The device is easy to use and is high performing. It is reasonably priced and is a good value. As a bonus it fits under my couch for easy storage. My pain comes and goes but this does provides pain relief.

I have tried a number of other back stretching devices and was interested in seeing how this one felt. I have tried the "foam roller" style and they don't work for me. They're raised too much over a short distance and hurt my back more than help it. This one may inflate to around the same height as the rollers but it compresses a lot more with my weight on it. It comes with a thin pad to go over the hard plastic and magnets (mine was missing a magnet out of the box) and surprisingly the bad cushions me quite a bit from the hardness of the device. I wouldn't say that this is uncomfortable, more that it just doesn't feel good to me. I usually use it at night before I go to bed in an attempt to get my back stretched out some so I can sleep better. Personally it doesn't give me much feeling of my back stretching and it definitely hasn't aided in cracking my back. My back is very stiff so maybe for a person with a good back it would work better.

Love how this feels! BUT very difficult to pump it up, wish it was easier or electric! Would recommend it, but would warn about the difficulty of pumping it up.

I was out of commission for a month with terrible back pain. I could hardly walk. I thought I'd try this. I thought it would be easier then a pillow under my back. It kinda is but it did nothing for my pain. That's just me. I still don't know what was wrong with my back. Anyway, this this operates just as advertised but I regret this purchase. Just because it did not help me.

It took the vendor 16 days to actually ship out the product after it was ordered.This arrived from the vendor in a lightweight generic cardboard box, inside everything was tamper evident sealed in a plastic shrink wrap pouch.This is basically a platform with a flexible top that has an air pump you inflate or deflate between the bottom & top. There are pressure ridges on the flexible top that add some stimulation & help you not just slide. You can choose to stretch as little or as much as you like & the top contours rather than being a solid surface.This isn’t much to look at, the arrival presentation isn’t impressive but it’s also inexpensive & versatile. It did seem to help & make my back feel better than when I started before using it.Interesting, a good value, I’d likely get one again.
