I love the solid color options on the RGB and look of the bulbs themselves. The different functions and preprogrammed color sets are nice too. The brightness is good for indoors but may not be quite bright enough for outdoor use unless you are going for a softer or subtle glow. I dislike the multicolor setting because while most other sets have a pattern so colors don't repeat, these DO NOT. It is random with several repeat colors. The bottom of my tree has 3 blue bulbs in a row, 2 green, 1 yellow, and 2 more blue while the top has 4 red in a row, 2 purples, and then 3 more reds. The color is a little unbalance. It would drive me crazy if I was using them to string along a linear surface like a porch or ceiling. The remote can also be a little finicky. You have to point it right at the plug with no interference and be a close to it. Also, there is no warm white option, only yellow and cool white. If you want great color options, these are fantastic. But if you are looking for a more classic look with multi or warm white, it might be disappointing.

I bought these lights to replace all my old strands for my tree and am very happy with them EXCEPT for...I picked these specifically for the warm white only slo glo function. Unfortunately this feature isn't a slow glo at all and instead is a very frantic flashing setting (like CRAZY fast flashing). I don't know if just the warm white lights (not multicolor string) would have this feature work, but the multicolor strand was also the only one with a remote so I got these even though I mostly wanted warm white. I would have been wise to test these features BEFORE I put the lights on the tree, so I won't be returning them, but I would have otherwise and purchased the warm white as an alternative replacement. It's a minor flaw, but since this is what I REALLY wanted these lights for it is a disappointment that the settings are incorrectly described or just not working. FYI - the same issue exists on the mini mutli color strand I bought to go with these lights.

They aren’t all red/green in order. Some strings will have two greens together. Some will have two reds and two greens together on the same string. Some strings are perfect. It’s annoying when you’re one of those people with OCD. P

These are great lights I talked my whole neighborhood in getting 5 boxes each. We all live on a ledge with a fence so we connected these a mile long and it looks awesome. Wish they were a bit brighter but they still look good, also very careful with the bulbs the plastic falls off quite easily the remote could be better but for what we are using it for it is great. My neighbors are all pleased and I look like a hero !!

When I first saw these in the box, it looked as if they were 2 strands, a red and a green. Today I took out and could see that it was a single strand with alternating red and green bulbs, exactly what I wanted.

Wish they had a remote but the price was great for 32 ft of lights

These lights are beautiful, but the actual light part is only 24’—not 33’ as advertised. The power cord is about 15 feet and is quite thin. I’ll use these for my outdoor house lights this year, but I’m worried they won’t last because they feel so cheap. I had to order another strand because they said they are 33’. So I’m not super happy. 3 strands at $35 is quite pricey. Had they been the length they advertised, I would have only needed two strands. So I’m very disappointed, but don’t want to deal with a return.

Great lights to decorate outside for Halloween. Very bright. Would recommend
