I usually wait awhile before writing a review but I just opened this and I'm so happy with it I want to make sure I write a review. It is really beautiful, sturdy, solid wood but not overly heavy or bulky with hardware or decorative accents. It comes in two parts that are extremely easy to put together using JUST two nuts and two bolts (four items total). Those are provided, and so are the TWO necessary tools (a small wrench for the nut and an allen wrench for the bolt). The holes are pre drilled, clean without splinters or dust, and line up perfectly.I personally purchased this because I have a standard height platform bed bedframe with a box spring and mattress on top. That was fine but over time I added a ~cooling~ memory foam topper, a wedged shape foam topper and a pillow top cover for everything. And my Girlfriend is only 5'. She needs a running start to get into bed. This step is a great option because it's large enough that you don't need to look around to use a tiny step stool in the dark, and we dont need too much height elevation. Just a lil boost. Thanks!

Bought this for my 97-year old mom so she could get into an SUV. She’s 4’10 and needed a boost to get into the vehicle. This is very wide and very sturdy so she didn’t feel wobbly when she stepped up onto it. Glad I chose it.

Beautiful wood. Easy to put together. Arrived in great condition. The family reached out to us to make sure it arrived and we were satisfied. It helps us feel safer going in and out of our patio. Work great - nice and sturdy

Overall not a bad purchase it worked for what it is. Be careful where you step on it though if you step to close to the edge it can flip up behind you and tip over.

There were ordered by my parents who are in their 70s and they are perfect. Very steady and look nice as a transition from their home to their 3 season room, which has a pretty sizeable step.

Unfortunately, this product did not work out for us. We purchased it for my mother-in-law because she could not reach her bed from a wheelchair. She felt very uncomfortable with it because it was slippery and when she would try to maneuver herself onto the bed, she would slip.

First it's nice to look at. Next feels very substantial. Step on it there is no give. Perfect size. Easy to put the two pieces together. Took 2 minutes. Doesn't slip around on floor.I would definitely buy again if I wanted another one. Very happy
