This was very easy to install and look great when lite up. Just the right size allowing screen door to pass under it.

Nice industrial dungeon look. The glass is medium thickness, but is concave at the base for added resilience.The light fixture turned out to be LARGER than I anticipated. For some reason I was thinking it would be around 8" dia! It is 11" dia at top with a 7.25" dia ring at base. This, combined with the total depth of about 5.5" makes it not ideal for low ceilings or small rooms/hallways, visually and functionally.And yet, the wattage rating is 40W, an alarming number if this is for both sockets total (which is not clarified anywhere). This pretty much limits you to LED options for bulb type, unless you are interested in using small, dim conventional bulbs (such as the orange flame bulbs) for ambient lighting effects.The wide bands protect the glass but will also cast bands of darkness on the walls and ceiling, so make sure this is the look you want.This item IS rated for outdoors and would look good on the right style of porch with a minimum of 7'-6"h ceiling.Good basic design allows for easy bulb changes and uncomplicated install.

This light looks great. It is fairly easy to install, but it does have some weight to it. The material ate fantastic and it’s very high quality. This is a great value for the money. It takes a wide variety of light bulbs so you can choose your brightness and color. Overall I would highly recommend this light!

I like it! Very modern looks and it's solid material in the lamp itself.It lights up out front porch very well. Definitely recommend it.

When this item arrived, I happily realized that it matched other lights I have mounted on my house. Installation wasn't difficult although I had to modify an existing can (recessed) light with a conversion kit. I now have a front porch light that is more decorative than simply functional. The product specifies a maximum of 40W maximum bulbs but that refers to old style incandescent lights. I use LED bulbs with a much lower wattage demand that provide more light.

Glass is heavy and bubbled evenly. I am not a fan of the bottom (which is the top when installed) as it looks like the bottom of a mason jar. I was going to use it above my sink but it is a bit too deep and bulky so we will use it outside in our garage where I think it will look better and really jazz it up a bit.Well made, standard installation. We will update if we have any problems with installation.
