Very good rack! I was able to throw it together based on the pics, didn’t find the instructions until I was breaking down the boxes 😅 Instructions say to put it together on the car, but I built it first and was able to get it on the roof (with a little help from my friends, it’s super heavy once put together). Super easy install, just be sure to leave the 2 small side brackets (towards the front) loose, as those will need to be adjusted to fit snug. It’s also got 2 side mounting brackets that will need to go under the hardtop, I wasn’t sure if it came with any for securing the side ladders based on the pics, but it does. I also zip tied some pool noodles underneath to prevent any damage, and to make it easier to slide around since I was doing it in my own…could benefit from a few rubber spacers underneath to prevent damage, but works fine without it.Overall it looks great and feels super solid, came packaged nicely with no dings or scratches. First of all, it is very heavy duty quality made very very well packaged that I give it praise for the issue I’m having is the brackets that goes to the side for underneath ladders on both sides of the jeep. They will touch the body paint of your vehicle, right as the hardtop ends and the side of the body begins, I bent up the brackets to pull them away from the body of the jeep, but you have to push them back down when installing the ladders. I’m in the process is trying to find some type of rubber patches to place underneath each bracket to avoid rubbing and touching the body of the jeep because it will scrape up and damage your paint job if I’m not able to then I’m sending this back.
