A practical weather resistant USB power port.
PROS:* The weather resistant design of the USB port is ingenious. It is basically a "garage door" that appears to securely shut close to keep the elements out. When you pull and open the door, power is enabled to the USB port. Conversely, closing the door disables power to the USB port.* When power is enabled to the USB port, a blue light illuminates it so you can see where it is in dark situations. This is convenient.* Design implementation is made of a decent plastic and is compact compared to traditional product offerings.* When the port is closed, it appears to be sealed by an o-ring gasket.* Standard SAE connectors are used with an inline fuse on the cabling between the USB port and the vehicle 12V power source (e.g. battery, power terminal block, etc).* Enough cabling is included to likely suffice use on most motorcycle vehicles.* Charging a mobile device was not a problem using this device.* Package includes understandable installation instructions (English).CONS:* The plastic/rubber-like handlebar base may not fit many motorcycle handlebars. It is an ugly/impractical stretch to mount on 1" diameter bars or thicker. 1/2" to 3/4" seems like the sweet diameter for this base mount.* No manufacturer's contact information is included in the product package.NOTES:* Cable quality is modest. Beware routing it under fuel tanks and over engine heat sources.SUMMARY:The magic seems to surround the implementation of the weather resistant shroud around the USB port. The implementation is not a feeble or fussy rubber cover. It is compact, durable enough and simple to use. You might, however, find yourself improvising a bit to mount the device on your vehicle.

Charge your phone whilst riding
The charger has a quick connect and can be connected directly to the battery or to an ignition power source so that it goes off when you turn off the key. It also has an LED light so you can see when it is powered. It comes with a USB-A connector and clips onto your handlebars so it is quick access.

Good For Power
Nothing like being on a long ride and your phone battery dies in unfamiliar territory! This little device helps prevent this by providing power to the phone or other USB device throughout the trip. The positives. It has a USB A connector making it universal with most devices. It also provides enough power to run the phone or other devices. It has an off switch built into the cover. Plus, it plugs into the standard battery port on the bike. The only complaint I have is how it attaches to the bike. The manufacturer plans for this to be affixed permanently or at least not removed regularly because it is attached with a ziptie.Overall, I like this device and recommend it for anyone planning on longer trios and rely on USB devices for power.
