SmartyPaws Dog Vitamin and Supplement: Glucosamine, Probiotics for Gut Health & Immune Support Omega 3 Fish Oil, Chondroitin, MSM for Hip & Joint Support, Organic Turmeric, Chewable (60 Count)

We have two Poodles that are over 15 years old. Both were starting to have trouble moving around. One seemed to have some tummy issues as well. They have both been on the supplement for almost two months now. There has been a marked improvement in their mobility. In fact I told my wife that they both seem to have the bounce in their back in their steps. The one with tummy issues seem to be back to normal now. I don't normally write reviews for products, but I decided to do it this time because these supplement really seems to work well for our two senior citizens.

My 10 year old son was watching a you tube video on dogs and said we should get these treats since they are so good for dogs. I ordered them and we gave them to our GR. He had 2 treats and being a Golden, that wasn’t enough for him, so a bit later he got 2 more. Poor puppers had major loose bowels for 2 days! Shame on ME for not reading the directions. Give ONE treat PER DAY for a week then increase up to 4/day for his weight.I’ve given him only 2 since them on show rate days. He appears to enjoy them. I can’t speak to the claims of the treats as it’s too soon to tell. My review is more to warn others to please read the directions for feeding. I do wish that it was in larger print as I doubt I’m the only fool that didn’t read the serving size.

I love that my dog loves them! And it’s good for him. His coat looks amazing and his skin isn’t as dry so no doggy dandruff anymore. I do with it wasn’t in a form and it was more powder so it can just be measured with a spoon or something because they get crushed a lot. Other wise love these for my dog.

I really liked this product for my dog! People take vitamins daily so why not dogs? The brand is a brand that I trust already, as a popular brand of human vitamins so that was a plus for me. I also like that they say the product was actually designed by vets. They also are free of common allergens such as dairy and wheat. Overall a great product if you are looking for something like this for your dog.

One of my dogs won’t eat it, even crumbled into wet food and adding milk. The other dog loves it but it gives him diarrhea. I’ll keep looking for a vitamin that’s palatable and easier on their systems.

We started giving these a try to our dog a golden border collie mix. She ended up vomiting multiple times after taking it. I felt so awful for her. She doesn't typically have a sensitive stomach so I am not sure what is in the ingredients that triggered such a reaction. After giving her some chicken broth and food things seemed to settle and she was back to herself by the end of the day.

Great choice for our picky pup. He doesn't always go for treats, but he gobbled these up. Currently on an antibiotic and won't have anything to do with the pill pockets, but these did the trick. I also like that they smell fine, I don't have to worry about stinky residue being left behind or having to immediately wash my hands. Glad we found something he can enjoy

I bought a bag of the adult supplements and fed it per instructions to my two dogs. The one who is food motivated took to them quickly, but the other who's a picky eater ate them reluctantly. I did notice that her skin improved a little and became less flakey by the time I ran out of supplements. My dogs are pretty healthy to begin with, so I didn't notice too much change. Couldn't hurt to try them out.
