Does everything the description said.
I could not be any more happy with my purchase. I made my first milkshake today. The mixer is very easy to operate and the stir stick was easy to install, as was the cup. The mixer is light weight to pick up, an issue since I use a walker., but not cheap looking or feeling.. The mixing quality was excellent and the finished product delicious. I would like to have a larger milkshake, but I probably had all I should have!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:You get what you pay for! For this price range, this machine works great. Easy to use and clean! Hasn’t had any issues yet!

They don't make 'em like they used to!
I have a nice Hamilton Beach Model 30 mixer from the 40's, built like a tank and has worked flawlessly for decades, and it heavy. and solid. I thought a new one would be better for everyday use, so I got this.This does the job, but the shaft is much flimsier and moves in the socket. The tip and cup holder are plastic, not metal like the older one, It has a plastic switch as well. It does mix well and looks nice.. Time will tell how it holds up. Those plastic parts probably won't last 80 years like the old model 30.

Not worth one star. Plastic China Junk. Worthless.
Do NOT buy this item! Not worth one star but that was my only option. Hamilton Beach used to be a reputable brand to trust. Not any more. We received it on Friday and used it first time on Saturday. It is a plastic piece of crap from China. Not worth the time nor money. It wouldn't last more than two milkshakes without breaking. Ice cream and milk. What's so hard about that? Buy a commercial one of a different brand. Spend the money for a good one.

It works…sort of
It works if you put in the time. Overall it is a lightweight unit that doesn’t feel all that sturdy and the single little plastic mixer and spindle struggle to actually mix up a proper milkshake. I will probably look for other models that have multiple mixers at the end of the spindle.

Makes a great shake.
Works perfectly. Noise level is low, mixes wonderfully, and gets used very often. Cleanup is very easy with this.

Bought as a father's day gift. My dad LOVES it. He's in his 70s and can easily use it. Great product.
