This gazebo is a game-changer for our backyard! It's sturdy construction and stylish design, as well as the ample shade and protection it provides makes it the perfect spot for relaxing or entertaining guests.The installation process was straightforward, although it did require a few extra hands to lift the heavier components. The instructions were a bit difficult to follow, I was particularly impressed with their customer service. When I had a minor question about the assembly, their team responded promptly and provided helpful guidance. All-around, it's a quality product that exceeded my expectations.

The assembly was very straighforward and simple. My son and I were able to get it completed in about an hour with minimal tools. The instructions were decent (pictures only), but the illustrations were clear. It is sturdy but includes brackets to secure it to the building where you install it. I liked the tinted panels for shade. The amount of shade it provides is more than I anticipated, which is a good thing. I have it outside the front door to a small building by our pool. It protects the door from rain and rotting due to being in the weather. Additionally, way the shade panels connect to each other provides excellent protection from rain. Very inexpensive for the quality of pergola you get.

This is a great value. For 500$ it seems to be well built and sturdy. Not glass it’s more like a fiberglass maybe hard plastic to, but really does look nice and I’m pleased with it. I will say it was a beast to put together. Took 2 people all day and some of the female threads were impossible to get a bolt in. But I’m happy with the purchase.

I’m very disappointed to write a negative review of this product, as I shared with the company the quality of the materials were acceptable. Our problem was that two very important parts were either defective or damaged in shipping. The result is when assembled, where these two parts come together that part of the roof is sunken in. Because the roof is compromised in this area it does leak heavily in this area when it rains. The winter freeze thaw and snow will surely cause further damage. I had a licensed contractor look at the parts and there is no way to repair them.Everyone compliments the roof but almost everyone notices the issue with the indented roof and asks what the problem is.I really thought and hoped this would be a no brainer for the company to do what is right by the customer and simply send the two replacement parts so we can have it properly prepared. We’ve had 6 communications with the company and have done everything they’ve asked - sent pictures, ensured everything was properly tightened etc. After we jumped through all the hoops they asked us to, they still refuse to send two new part “J” roof supports to us. Zero customer support. We hope Amazon can do something to help us out.Thank You!Tim and Diane Foster

The product is awesome. We ordered two to cover the full patio.One of the panels was damaged during shipping. Took a bit to get the replacement parts.Now our entire patio is covered completely. Customer service was very diligent and timely about getting our replacement parts.It really looks nice and we like the added shelter. We sit outside alot more and enjoy the flowers, wildlife and shade.We are really happy with our purchase.You will need help putting together.Instructions were easy to follow and understand.

We got this to provide some extra shade for the summer in our backyard. It took the two of us about 3 hours to put it together. The assembly was pretty easy and even though the instructions didn’t have words, they were clear. Occasionally a screw wouldn’t align with a hole but we were able to work it in. It absolutely needs to be attached to a wall as it’s flimsy with out it but it comes with everything to attach. This is the 8x10 and the materials didn’t feel cheap at all. Pretty good value for the size.

I am so pleased with this purchase! My side yard needed some shade and coverage! It came quicker than expected in two boxers. It was easy to assemble with help. It fit perfectly along the side of my house and does not leak. It seems very sturdy so far and it had solid weight to it. I am looking forward to hosting an event and being able to have everyone protected from the sun and rain. 10/10 product for my needs.

After getting the base frame assembled, I came to realize that multiple parts are missing and a few others were mislabeled. I was excited to get this built, but I'll have to wait and see if the business will reply to my inquiry. The frame feels sturdy so far, and other reviews indicate that the product is pretty decent. I'll be sure to update my review if things get sorted out.
