I recently bought this great product for the first time and it arrived yesterday. Last night I looked through the recipes online and found a really nice recipe for fish cakes with parmesan and cheese fondue. The only variation to the recipe that I did change is to add some chilli flakes to the cheese fondue to give it a bit of bite and I used some Panko breadcrumbs as well. This was to add a little bit more taste and I like the texture and the result was absolutely delicious. This is a really seriously easy way to stack up on your Omega 3 fatty acids and protein and not pile on loads of calories. There are loads of great recipes on the website. So I am looking forward to trying out some more later on this year. This is really a very flexible way of being able to dig out a tin from the cupboard and produce a healthy meal with very little hard work. Try it for yourself and find a recipe that really works for you.
