Vibrant and Great Quality
The media could not be loaded. I bought these markers for baby block decorating and did a demo using one of the blocks i purchased from amazon as well and OMG! So vibrant with a clean finish, you would’ve thought it was paint. They also dry almost instantly so there’s no smudging. I appreciate the dual tips bc it really came in handy with the templates i got. I’ll probably buy 1 more pack just to keep at home for my kid’s activities as they work on multiple surfaces.

Amazing Markers
These markers are SO satisfying to use! They work perfectly and they don’t run out of ink when you use them for long strokes. If they dry up, I will DEFINITELY be buying more. Dry time is also very quick! They have two sizes, one on each end, which is very helpful.

Clarification On Colors Between 42/30/12/15(special) Extra-Fine Tip Paint Pens
So first off: Great Pens! A lot of fun and easy to use! But I'm not here to sell you these pens, instead if you are interested in buying these extra-fine tip paint pens like I was, you may be wondering 'what set should I get?' Well, let me help!I will go over which extra-fine tip sets have which colors and their overlaps, as well as the odd choice Artistro has made in naming the same color twice for two different sets (maybe their hoping you'll buy the same product twice?).Firstly, if you want all the colors (not including the extra metallic colors from the metallic set, and the glitter colors from the glitter set) then all you will need is the 42 box set! It's generally priced around a little more than a dollar a pen, which is a pretty good deal. I have shared a picture of the colors listed on the box for your reference as well as a picture of all the pens lined up in the same order.Next, you may notice the third picture I've shared is also pen colors from the side of a box; it is the 30 box set. Strangely enough these would appear to be very different colors! Oh, but not so! Almost every single "additional" color here is just renamed (I happen to like the majority of these names better, by the way) without an actual new addition to be found. (Also I'm not sure if the print settings were off when the packaging was produced, but their color swatches are very different.) So below is a list of the 30 colors from the 30 box set and their corresponding twin from the 42 box set:30 box set 42 box set1. Chartreuse = Bud Green2. Spring Lemon = Yellow3. Sunburst Yellow = Orange Yellow4. Coral Orange = Orange5. Scarlet Red = Red6. Wine Red = Purple Red7. Pale Pink = Sakura Pink8. Pastel Violet = Light Purple9. Light Violet = Purple10. Violet = Dark Purple11. Indian Blue = Blue12. Sky Blue = Sky Blue13. Light Turquoise = Shallow Green14. Spruce Green = Dark Green15. Walnut = Brown16. Putty = Tan17. Light Cream = Cream Yellow18. Pale Yellow = Khaki19. Gold = Gold20. Cool Gray = Cold Grey21. Warm Grey = Dark Grey22. Silver = Silver23. White = White24. Black = Black25. Turquoise = Jewel Green26. Emerald Green = Green27. Vivid pink = Pink28. Baby Blue = Brilliant Blue29. Extra White = Extra White30. Extra Black = Extra BlackSo, if you are curious to know which other colors are actually in the 42 box set, but maybe don't want to do the work of searching and cross-checking the two pictures I provided, I will list them here:31. Fluorescent Yellow (yup, that's what it is)32. Emerald Green (it's brighter than the "Emerald" Green from the 30)33. Melanie (it's a greenish blue-green color despite being named weird)34. Sapphire (a little brighter than Sky Blue)35. Purple Stars (blue-violet)36. Pigeon Blue (a dark grey blue)37. Tawny (a mix of orange and tan)38. Camellia Red (a bright red, almost pink)39. Dream Purple (a little warmer and darker than Light Purple)40. Bright Pink (more natural in tone than Pink's neon look)41. Run Red (it's a light orange cream color)42. Pale Pinkish Grey (terrible name; it's very similar to Run Red, a little less bright)So, if you got the 30 box set and you decided you wanted the colors you are missing out on from the 42 box set, is there a way to get them without buying duplicates of all your 30 colors? Yes! Almost. Minus one: Fluorescent Yellow. The 15 box set called "Special Colors" here on Amazon, but labeled "Trending Colors" on its package actually has all your remaining colors needed sans that super bright yellow. You'll also get repeats of Chartreuse and Sunburst Yellow, as well as the ever-present White and Black. So not a bad buy if you just want to expand from your 30 box set.But maybe you're like, 'I just want some basic colors, why have you been wasting my time with all these fancy color names?' Well, you probably should just get the 12 box set then. It's very basic. It has Black, White, Gold, Silver, Pink, Dark Purple, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, and Brown. Have fun!

Nice selection of colors, but some are dry :(
I will say for the price this is a beautiful set of colors, my only complaint would be that some of the colors such as the teal, lilac and the peach tone are dry and needed to be painted over twice to get a nice opaque finish. Other than that the colors were nice but blending wise they don't really blend, it would be better suited for people with a color block art style.

The media could not be loaded. They write really nice, but I wish that they had darker colors and I wish that the fine tips were smaller. They are not that much finer than the dot tips, in my opinion.

I love this Marker and Company
I started off my Artistro journey with this set. I loved them so much that I got the larger set. They have really good pigment. The tip is nice and small. Good for detail. Not a brush tip so it handles rocks well. They require good shaking before use and regular shaking as you go, but I don't mind. My Posco markers aren't even as pigmented as these bad boys. But that could be because of their age. Lol.As for the Company Artistro... I can't be more satisfied with their customer service. They went above and beyond my expectations for fixing my issues with some of my new pens from a new box of markers I got recently. I didn't expect much. I only wanted the black ones of the 10 faulty markers in the 42 pack to be replaced at the very least, but without hesitation they sent me a new box of markers. And all of these work fantastic. I'm guessing the other box may have sat still for too long, or maybe some heat got to it and ruined the color because the color wouldn't stay together once applied to my rocks. The unfinished rock is the new black marker going over my attempt to hide messed up lines from the old black. It came out fantastic. Thank you Artistro for rectifying my issue and creating a really lovely product.

Great pens and easy to write on difficult surfaces.
I like these pens, this is my second set. I did have one go dry after one use but others have been available after several uses. I used these to write on rocks and they worked perfectly.

Beautiful colors, smooth flowing markers
Update: I had one defective marker in the pack I received and asked for a replacement of that colour, as I mentioned in my initial review. The seller has been very kind to send a brand new pack. Thank you very much. This was a great surprise that made my day. These pens arrived a day earlier than I expected in their cute little box. Markers are individually wrapped, which I really like as it ensures that you are the first to use them. Body of the markers are more on the thinner side and has a pleasant hold in hand. I love the colours; they are soft and more pastel-like and a good selection of colours that would go well with each other. I don't do rock painting so I cannot comment on that, but so far, I tried them on a white foam board and a black sketchbook. Paint flows smoothly and colours laid out really well with just one layer of paint on the foam board. For the black sketchbook, paint soaked up fast and it took 3-4 layers of paint before they really showed on the paper. This could be because these markers are water-based, and/or the paper is thin and doesn't have a coating like the foam board. Even then, colours looked dull on that paper, so I won't use them in that sketchbook. I think they are not really meant to be used on that type of paper anyway. One of the markers' tip had a defect so I contacted the seller to ask for a replacement of that colour. They've been very kind and arranged a replacement. I'll keep experimenting with different types of paper and surfaces as these markers are really enjoyable to work with.

Cool but some didn’t work
Really cool pens but 3-4 didn’t work. Paint wouldn’t come out no matter what I did. Also the ones that didn’t work had separated paint inside them. Did a return will try again and hopefully they all work next time I order.
