I spray this on the bottom of my feet every night and fall asleep sooooo quickly. Will be repurchasing!

This topical magnesium oil is very easy to apply. I just spray on the soles of the feet and on the calves. It does help in relaxing the muscles and aids in sound sleep.For the first few uses, I rinsed the oil after about 20 minutes since it was kind of little irritating in the beginning.Overall it is a great magnesium oil.

All it did was dirty my bed with oil

I sprayed it on legs. Didn't notice a big difference, but a subtle difference. The spray wasn't bothersome. It rubbed in well, but it was a bit oily and I had to wash my hands afterwards.

I wanted to try magnesium oil to see if it might help the pain I have in my shoulders. I have tried it several times and it doesn't seem to help that. I don't know exactly where the pain is coming from as I have arthritis there and huge bone spurs in both shoulders so it might not be a kind of pain this can help. I also have sleep problems and have been using this before bed and somehow it seems relaxing so there's that. I have read a lot about magnesium oil and apparently it's a great way to "supplement" magnesium so I'm really happy with this oil.
