IF YOU HAVE A (CONFIRMED) 'HIGH A1C ' & NEED BERBERINE, THIS IS THE ONE TO BUY!!My Experience: I took 1-2 in the morning & loved the noticeable change in how it seemed to reduce my sugar cravings & even my life-long habit of late night snacking.However; I had to discontinue using it because it exacerbated my insomnia issues.After doing more research, I realized that Berberine (really is) for people with higher A1C levels.(My A1C is only 5.1)**(My Suggestion) Don't take Berberine without a CURRENT *High A1C* Lab Results.
