Beautiful collar! Note on sizing. My dog’s neck measures 14 inches which is right between a size medium and large. Ordered both sizes and both fit — the size medium fits on the last hole and the large fits on the first hole. But overall the medium looks better (see photo).

Great quality collar. Very sturdy.Cons: it smells extremely strong like chemicals probably used to dye the leather. Either way it’s nauseatingly strong and is not getting weaker yet. Second, not exactly a con but preference, it is stamped with the mighty paw logo. This isn’t a problem but it’s very large so it almost looks like an embroidered collar. And people are like “his name is might paw?” Haha it could be smaller or on the inside.Other than that it’s a good collar.

This is very well made especially for the price. Other collars this price are pleather and so thin. This collar is nice and thick. Super soft and durable. The metal is quality as well. This will last for awhile! I bought a size small for my 9-10 lb. Shi tzu Pomeranian mix and it fits perfect. 14inches is total length with 5 different adjustable loops.

These collars are beautiful! The dark brown and tan colors are exactly as described. They are excellent quality. 5 stars for the customer service as well! I liked these so much but amazon didn't offer the small size so I ordered the medium instead. Sure enough they didn't fit. I contacted the seller and they graciously sent us the small sizes and asked if we would donate the mediums. I was happy to do that! Loved their pay it forward mindset. Definitely order these collars and support this business!

Bought the xl black collar for our 95lb black lab and the xl tan collar for our 60lb pit bull. Both look fanatic. Very soft and neither have irritated the dogs skin. The thing I love is that they don't get dirty. We bought cloth collars and they ended up looking dingy within one week of wear. We have had these collars for months and they are holding up beautifully! Definitely worth purchasing.

I’m very impressed with the quality of this collar, especially for the price. I bought this for my Golden Retriever (85-90lbs, 19.5 inch neck, size x-large) after he started losing around his collar area, while wearing his nylon collar. When I looked into it, I read that leather collars can be much less irritating on their skin. I didn’t expect a significant improvement, just by switching his collar, but it made a huge difference for us. He’s been wearing this collar a little over a month, & it not only has there been no further hair loss, his fur has almost completely thickened back up, even while wearing this collar. My anecdotal experience now is that a leather collar can make a significant difference if your dog is losing fur due to collar irritation.This collar itself is great quality & real leather. It’s durable, simple, & sleek. The sizing is spot on. It’s so much nicer than some leather collars I’ve seen in stores, & at a much better price. I will definitely be buying another for my other dog.

I have always ordered Saddleback Leather collars for my dogs at about $59 a collar. This collar was only $12.99 for a thick beautiful leather collar. Granted the leather is a little more rustic and stiff than the Saddleback but it is thick and looks to be extremely durable. I’m sure the stiffness will wear off with a few leather treatments. The only improvement would be another ring for hooking a leash separate from holding the loose end of the collar strap. Thank heavens for Mighty Paw and for a new beautiful leather collar in medium for my miniature schnauzer. BTW thanks Amazon for screwing up and sending me the black collar I really wanted when you only said brown were available.

Soft leather, nice though, I don’t mind it’s soft because it’s comfortable on my dog. Stretches as with all leather collars. We actually bought a second one we liked it so much. It lasted through a beach day and several other very dirty trips and still looks great!

Genuine thick leather and very good quality. Excellent price!
