It is nice but not very good but at this price point it is one of the best but there is one problem because of online delivery you can see scratches in the cycle but quality is nice...

Overall I liked the cycle and it’s design. But the lifelong service and it’s technician is pathetic. The first cycle I received had an issue with the disc brake noise due to touching calliper. Hence I returned the product and got a replacement. In the replacement product same issue was there in front and rear wheel but technician suggested to use it for a week and then if there are any issues raise a ticket with lifelong.Here are some of the major issues -1. In both instances same issue was there and technician didn’t put an effort to resolve it2. More than the manufacturing default it is an issue with the installation.Update:After reaching out to Lifelong and explaining the issues, they suggested to wait for 3 days so that the technician will come and inspect!! The second option they gave is to return/ replace the product again for which technician will come in 3 days then I will place replacement order then another cycle will come and then again they will take 3 days for the technician to assign. After explaining the issue again to Lifelong customer care since they didn’t understood the issue and didn’t sent technician to fix the issue with installation I went to a local shop and got things fixed at my cost and following were the issues -- one screw bolt of front wheel was slipped and hence it had to be replaced. - both the wheels were not aligned properly and because of that the cycle was not stable. - the disc brake and calliper was not aligned properly - the front brake was installed in a manner that it’s wore was touching front wheel.Honestly none of these issues were because of the faulty product rather it’s because of bad installation. After looking at the lifelong customer service I won’t purchase any of their product again!!

The cycle has a good built quality and light weight. I got issue on breaking system and informed their customer care team. They sent technician and got my cycle repaired on time by free of cost.

Good bike but some of products used (refelctors) are of bad/inferior quality.It did change my mind, while I was buying a indoor cycle and chose to go another brand than lifelong.Another aspect that I would suggest buyers is to go for a bike that has gears and not the regular one,as the regular one has some issues initially and is very tight.

The product came with 85% assembled and the rest was easy to assemble.The cycle does it's job fairly well.So far I haven't faced any issues with the product.It was very easy for reaching to support team and they are very supportive.

Steady comfortable Cycle with disk break. The height is perfect for any one above 5'4". the tires are broad. Not sure how long they last. The clamp to upgrade 21 gear is available. It would have been great to include a bell and mudguard in the package.
