I purchased this toner a number of times over the years; the product works excellent. The price is right on point for a colored ink, not too high that you can't afford to use and not too cheap to get low quality.

Update on issue below (10-9-19) Seller promptly replaced cartridge that was leaking.Update: my last order not as perfect as last. I’ve only opened the black cartridge as that was the one that was out. First these weren’t in boxes but that’s not deal breaker. They are sealed in plastic. However when I opened it was a mess: black ink on the drum, the plastic cover and on me! I lightly wiped with microfiber cloth and put in the printer. So far it works but don’t know what it’s doing inside: if toner is dumping out inside the printer. If I had not needed to print, would have sent back.Recognized by printer and gives levels in computer interfaceVery pleased

Update - the seller replaced those cartridges and the new ones work better. I am happy with the performance vs. the cost of these replacements.Installed fine and is recognized by the printer. However both red and black are printing streaks on the pages. I ran them for 100+ prints and the streaking only got worse. I changed to a different cartridge and the streaks went away.

Easy to install. Poor print quality. Black so so. Color print lousy. Color was good with OEM cartages. Color started up with good prints. That dodn't last long. At this time I'm using the printer when I don't need quality prints. Waste of money..

This was my second purchase of the black and color toners for my Samsung 1865CW printer. Last time, everything was great, and I was amazed at the quality of the toners and the amount I saved over buying original Samsung toners individually. However, on this recent purchase, all but one toner (the yellow) worked. No matter how I tried to adjust and reset the cartridge, my printer would not accept the yellow. The company shipped me an entire new box of toners, and I returned all the ones from the original order. I would have liked to have just exchanged the one toner that didn't work, and hope they all didn't go to waste. I do appreciate how quickly the company resolved the issue and sent me the new cartridges, and I will purchase from them again. Just be sure to check that ALL of the cartridges work, since if you wait until your printer needs each color, you may not find out that one doesn't work until after you can correct the problem.

Just wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service of this seller. I ordered these in advance and replaced each color as needed in my printer. 7 months after my purchase on Amazon, the printer finally complained that a new yellow cartridge was required. When inserting the new yellow toner cartridge, I noticed that it had cyan toner inside. Upon notifying the seller and providing a picture, they immediately shipped out a replacement yellow cartridge at no charge. I installed the replacement today and it works perfectly. They definitely have my business for future toner purchases. KUDOS!

I admit that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but I figured for that price, I was willing to take a chance. The installation was a breeze - pull out the old ones, remove the plastic shields and the paper thingy from the new ones, set them into the frame, close it. Worked OK the first time. Samsung's "Easy Printer Manager" recognizes them OK and shows them all at 100%.Did a few test pictures, they all look flawless to me.Disclaimer: I'm not a photographer or an artist, so I can't tell if the colors are 100% correct or only 99.9%, but I have no complaint.

Used this for my Samsung c1860fw. It caused a massive color shift, predominantly causing whites to appear a washed-out blue. Also caused lines to appear. I printed the same picture twice after installation -- and I've attached those photos here. The first one had nearly the same color accuracy as I'd typically see on my printer, but it had lines. The second copy came out very blue and still had the lines. It's likely that the first picture used the last little bit of toner that was in the printer.I'm 3 days in and my reds are pink, the lines are still visible, and overall my printer has been massively downgraded.I started a return and they expect me to send it back before they even issue a refund, meaning I need to buy a completely new set with my own money just so my business can keep running without interference. And I don't even know if my printer is going to recover from this. I looked inside and the blue toner cartridge has dusted my entire print bay with blue toner.Major regrets buying a non-samsung version of this toner. Buyer beware.
