It's probably good quality, but I can't tell any difference. Maybe when I run out I'll notice a difference. Either way, I gotta get coq10 from somewhere, I don't like fish. It is difficult to begin to describe all the healthy things fish oil does for you - it is a potent anti-inflammatory, helps lower cholesterol and triglycerides, aids cardiovascular health, helps memory and cognition, helps with ADD and depression, helps with smooth skin and good complexion, helps calm allergies, there are too many to list. It is difficult to find a good quality fish oil in general, even though there are so many out there on the market, and it difficult to find a triple concentrated fish oil that can give me all I need in two reasonable size soft gels. My goal is 2 grams (2000mg) of omega 3's per serving, per day, which is usually two soft gels, and this is exactly what Viva Naturals provides. Some advocates of cognitive and other usages even recommend as much as 4 grams per serving per day, which would be difficult to achieve without a product like the Viva Naturals triple concentrated fish oil.Be aware that 2 grams of omega 3 fatty acids is very different from 2 grams of fish oil from a regular over the counter drug store brand, which probably is also two 1000mg soft gels but only 200-300mg total at most of actual omega 3 fatty acids, which is the part that counts.
