Everyday - truly a quality supplement
Buy this now! I have been using these fish oil pills for years and it makes a huge difference. No fish oil burps and I take mine without food. It’s a quality supplement while still being a great value! When I briefly stopped taking these for a few months, my lab work wasn’t as good as it normally is. My doctor now recommends this to her other patients.

Premium Fish Recommend by Dr Rhonda Patrick
Used this fish oil during my pregnancy due to a recommendation from Dr. Rhonda Patrick. Has high amounts for DHA/EHA, easy to swallow, and has no fishy after taste. Have continued to use post pregnancy!

It's fish oil
It's probably good quality, but I can't tell any difference. Maybe when I run out I'll notice a difference. Either way, I gotta get coq10 from somewhere, I don't like fish. I don't burp up a fishy taste or smell, so that's a plus. You can't trust the stuff Walmart sells, because it's hard telling what all is added that's not healthy.

Excellent Oil
It seems like every where you turn these days someone is making Fish Oil. Slap a fancy label on it and call it Alaskan Iced Fish Poop Oil and people will buy it. Don't be those people! When your doctor tells you that Fish Oil is highly beneficial, they're correct. It's one of the best over-the-counter supplements that actually work and not subject to a bunch of hype. Fish oil is FDA approved to lower triglycerides levels, but it is also used for many other conditions. Along with a multivitamin, Fish Oil is highly beneficial on a daily basis. When choosing you want the best that you can afford. Even the lower rated brands at Wally World will provide some benefits, but you'll need many doses to get the same benefits from Viva or other highly rated oils.Labdoor.com is an excellent resource for researching any vitamin or supplement. The FDA does not regulate the multi-billion dollar supplement market. Due diligence is important when choosing a supplement. Also consult your doctor or nurse.Viva fish oil isn't at the top of Labdoor's test, only second. But it's readily available. While it may seem expensive, when you break it down it's only 39-40 cents a day. Not bad for fish oil with such high levels of EPA and DHA. You would have to take almost 3 daily doses of Nature's Made oil to equal 1 daily dose of Viva. When choosing an oil, pay close attention to the EPA and DHA amounts. These are the keys ingredients. The oil should be made from high quality fish oil and nothing else. For this review I uploaded the fact label (yellow) from the very popular Nature's Made oil. Compare the levels side-by-side and you'll be quite surprised by the differences.Total Omega-3: 2000mg vs 720mgEPA: 1400mg vs 360mgDHA: 480mg vs 240mgI've only been taking oil for 3 months after my sweet tooth got me trouble with high triglyceride levels. My doctor strongly suggested fish oil and strict sweet reduction. The fish oil part was easy. Man how I miss my sweets! I never met a doughnut I didn't like.As a practicing RN for 20 years, I always caution my patients with regards to any supplement. The majority of supplement claims are pure hogwash and not regulated. All that money spent on unnecessary supplements comes out in your urine and flushed down the toilet. Many supplements can interact with your current prescription medications. Always, and I mean always, check with your doctor or nurse BEFORE you add any supplement. Also make sure that they have a current and complete list of all your medications, prescribed or not.Viva fish oil is one of the best out there and won't break the bank.

Excellent quality.
I have been using this product for a few years. Consistent quality. No fishy after-taste or burping, like some supplements cause. I have my husband taking it now, too.

Best most omega 3's ever in reasonable size soft gels at a reasonable price!!!
If I could only have one supplement to take it would be my fish oil - it is well accepted that it is that essential to good health for the long term, and this is the only fish oil I will ever buy now that I have found it! It is difficult to begin to describe all the healthy things fish oil does for you - it is a potent anti-inflammatory, helps lower cholesterol and triglycerides, aids cardiovascular health, helps memory and cognition, helps with ADD and depression, helps with smooth skin and good complexion, helps calm allergies, there are too many to list. It is difficult to find a good quality fish oil in general, even though there are so many out there on the market, and it difficult to find a triple concentrated fish oil that can give me all I need in two reasonable size soft gels. My goal is 2 grams (2000mg) of omega 3's per serving, per day, which is usually two soft gels, and this is exactly what Viva Naturals provides. Some advocates of cognitive and other usages even recommend as much as 4 grams per serving per day, which would be difficult to achieve without a product like the Viva Naturals triple concentrated fish oil.Be aware that 2 grams of omega 3 fatty acids is very different from 2 grams of fish oil from a regular over the counter drug store brand, which probably is also two 1000mg soft gels but only 200-300mg total at most of actual omega 3 fatty acids, which is the part that counts. Many common brands you would have to take ten to twelve one gram soft gels to even begin to be taking a useful dosage of omega 3 fatty acids. I used to special order Ultimate Omega from Nordic Naturals from Whole Foods to get what I needed, and then when I looked on Amazon I found these which are actually way better and way less expensive. This product also came recommended from Consumer Lab, an independent third party lab that tests and ranks supplements - this was their top pick for quality and value!! I will buy this for the rest of my life!! Seriously, they are perfect and I still can't believe they pack all those omega 3's into these reasonable size soft gels!! I was thrilled when I opened them and saw the size and obvious purity - they are crystal clear, not cloudy like most cheaper and some expensive fish oil soft gels. Pretty much most doctors and nutritionists now a days recommend that just about everyone get on a fish oil supplement - I would highly recommend you make these the ones!! Nothing else compares!!
