I have spent years fighting deer in my landscape. Everything from fences to netting, expensive wire cloches and multiple repellents. Nothing works 100% under every circumstance. Sometimes I just wish I could put a cover over some of my perennials for the night, especially if I am away for a few days or we hit a rainy spell when repellent is unreliable. These covers are pretty clever. They were easy to assemble, and I haven't pitched a tent in decades. They stack for storage. The zipper makes it possible to reach in and arrange long stems. The anchors included are adequate but you could add your own earth staples. I will probably buy a few more to have on hand, and intend to buy a few in a larger size. I wish I had found them years ago.

I got these as the chipmunks are crazy this year and several of my plants got damaged. Putting it together was a little challenging but I set in one bar, then the other two and connected it this way instead of struggling with the 3 bars per instructions and it went faster. So far they are holding up well, and for sure the plants under them are recovering. The stakes are plentiful and work, and after installing nothing has moved even after big storms and wind.

This is the best thing for me to protect my newly planted shrubs from animals eating my plants and I can still reach them through the zipper. Also easy to put together and store when not needed

this is a good product at a fair price. It does the job and should last for many seasons.

Some reviewers have commented on difficulty with set up and some noted it is like putting together a camping tent, so I figured it would be easy. I'm an avid camper, so I have put together numerous tents in my time, but if the segmented poles aren't connected somehow, it is impossible to insert them into the tent because they just keep falling apart. Also, the instruction say to insert the pole into the reinforced nylon sleeve - there is no "sleeve". You're trying to somehow finagle segmented poles that won't stay connected up against the interior of the product, which you are then supposed to tie in place. After about 5 minutes, I realized this wasn't a task I wanted to waste my time on - the poles kept coming apart and the lack of a sleeve made it nearly impossible. Good product idea but terrible construction.
