Very Nice
Pretty much the same quality as the stock ones, except this one is doublesided. Very good.

Ender 3 V3 SE
Much “stickier” than the stock platform. It was very difficult to remove models, so use glue sricks or hairspray or put the plate and model in the freezer for a few minutes for easy removal.

Textured both sides . Worked well for an articulating dragon .

Decent build plate.
It does what it's intended for and it fits correclty on the bed. It's double sided so if you scratch one side with bad settings dial them in and you have the other side. Adhesion is about as good as the orginal.

Came bent and it’s only magnetic because it’s steel.
I almost want to give this product a 1 star but I haven’t used it. It came bent up in a U shape and on top of that the magnetic surface I’m not sure if it’s meaning its steal so it will stick to a magnetic surface or not. But I’m not a fan of this. No wonder it’s so cheap. It fit fine other than that poor build quality. Not sure about any of the other aspects of it. I am returning it after seeing its non magnetic besides it being steel and the fact it came bent.

This the second time.I order this specific bed and bath times now they are used... I mean either completely scratched or still have stuck on filament. The first time I contacted Creality directly and they sent me a new one... now I'm simply returning it.

This build plate is 1.00mm thick which is 0.20mm thicker than other plates for my model ender 3 v2 NEO. HENCE when I first used it my print job would not come off the plate because the z-offset was wrong (too close) because this plate is thicker than the rest

Prints stick. Then come off. Not sure there is a lot more to say. I'm happy with how it works on my Ender 5.
