I order a frosted green 500ml water Bottle in December 2022 and unfortunately had an issue with it leaking but I emailed Zorri and have had such great reply’s the company are replacing the water bottle (actually it’s my husbands) with any colour or size, I only wanted the same size but this time went for Frosted Blue and have received another email this morning to say my new water bottle will be with me by the 19th March I’m blown away by the quick responses. This company is obviously interested and concerned what the customers think of their products. 10/10 for Excellent Customer Service.

Fantastic water bottle. It’s really great quality and came with a really great brush to clean it and spare parts too which I wasn’t expecting. Lovely presentation box and overall it looks really nice. I ordered the pink! I’ll be ordering a few more in other colours as I’m that impressed by it. 10 stars from us!

Really good ! I drink flavoured water and at first I was afraid that putting it in this bottle to take with me would change the flavoured water flavour as it happened before with other type of bottle i purchased. It didn't!!!!

I just got this bottle and absolutely love it. Order the smallest one just big enough for short trips and half days at nursery. Easy to open and close for my 3 years old. Customer Service absolutely amazing (especially Linda). Answered my query quickly and professionally.

I bought the 1000ml bottle and it’s the best bottle I’ve ever purchased. It is a bit wide for smaller hands but it has an indent near the top I can get my hand around to carry comfortably.It’s really easy to drink out of because the lid is spring loaded so it doesn’t smack you in the nose whenever you tip it up. The drinking hole is small enough to get your mouth around but it has an air hole meaning you can just drink from it like a straw, but the hole is sealed nicely when the lid is on.The lid also has a lock feature which I found was really useful when carrying it around.It’s a great bottle for a great price that I highly recommend anyone try.

Haven't tried in dishwasher yet does say but not the lid. Wish you could detached the strap as when washing this gets wet. But happy with product at the moment.

I didn't expect it to be this easy and cool to use. I bought 700ml blue one. NOTE: Dont fill up until the top line or else it might leak.+ I wish the holder was removable for washing. It even has a lock to prevent any accident-spilling. Like a kid lock

Best quality ever bought. Looks good, dose not leak and is easily to open and close for my son. Definitely highly recommended
