Pay attention to the calf measuring chart, it will guarantee a perfect fit. I can feel the target pressure points, which is nice. So far, very pleased. I purchased these socks for my mom who is an older woman. She requires a little bit more compression around her feet so I figured these might be a good option however the small was too tight for her.My mom is not that big of a lady, at most she is like 4'11.Definitely would recommend to size up.
