I have to cats and two dogs, which makes buying just about anything turn into “this is why we don’t have nice things!”. I was worried about tie dye grey vs grey but it gives the rug more visual texture (and will probably help if I get stains). I have a bad back, so it’s easier to just vacuum this rug once a day and after six months buy a new one. Super soft, very impressed!

Purchased for my son’s little place. He has a dog and we wanted to protect the carpeted area. It is so soft that his dog chooses to sleep on it instead of his fancy bed. But it’s thin and it is soft because it is a super soft, cheaper yarn and weave. I don’t see it lasting for more than two years, but my son and his dog love it right now so for the price I would recommend.

It is a nice looking rug. I bought one almost identical last year at this time from a different vendor. I first checked to reorder from that vendor, but it showed unavailable. So I found this one. The only thing I noticed, and was kinda disappointed in, was the padding. It was not as thick and you feel the hard floor when walking on it. The pattern on the backing was identical. Apparently they have options when making them. I noticed the one I got was listed a lighter weight. I ended up putting it in front of the couch with a coffee table on top where you really don't need cushioning. I would suggest going through the listings and compare the weight of the product if you want a thicker pad.
